The driver was on time, very friendly and professional. He handled our luggage with care and made sure we got to the Blue Lagoon luggage storage facility in a timely fashion before the major buses arrived. He was knowledgeable and shared interesting facts with us about the lava on the sides of the road. We had a great drive and I highly recommend this service!

It was easy to make the reservation and they were super responsive when we needed to modify our pick-up time due to a change in our flights.
Sam was on time and waiting for us in the lobby of our hotel which made it that much easier...he was a great driver!

Sam was right on time for our pick up, vehicle was clean and comfortable. He shared lots of information about the area and Iceland in general on our way to the blue lagoon. He was also the person to pick us back up and take us to our hotel in Reykjavik - couldn’t have been easier. I would highly recommend this company.

Sam was very knowledgeable. He made sure to make contact with us when things weren't clear where to meet. When we got to the Blue Lagoon he made sure we got checked in and met us when we were ready to leave. He also gave us alot of info on Iceland and answered all our questions. Driver arrived 2 hours earlier than scheduled. The app locked up and would not show ticket. The Blue Lagoon could not pull up reservation with reservation number. I was promised a return ride from a predetermined pickup location. Then the ride did not show up. After calling in and being told an error had occurred, I had to use cab to get back to my hotel.

There were miscommunications on our end and the driver was dispatched earlier than scheduled. When he arrived, you agreed to depart earlier to the Blue Lagoon, and that leg went ahead. If you had preferred to leave at the original time, the driver would have adjusted accordingly.
Regarding the return ride, our records show that only a one-way transfer from Reykjavík to the Blue Lagoon was booked (as discussed over the phone). The return leg was not confirmed/issued, and the driver assisted in guiding you to alternative transportation when it became clear the return wasn’t booked.

Our driver from the airport to The Blue Lagoon was very pleasant and helpful. He pulled over so we could take a few pictures.
Unfortunately, the driver who came to take us from The Blue Lagoon was the opposite. He even said he couldn’t pull up in front of the hotel and let us out across the street in the rain with 2 large suitcases.

My experience with this travel company was excellent. Always ontime. Sergio was very polite, and on out ride to the Blue Lagoon and on the way back He explained tonus a lot of facts of Iceland so we could know more about the country.
