The communication with the car company was excellent...even letting us know they were 78 seconds away (lol). They were right on time. Driver, Freyr, was very personable and helpful. Definitely recommend to use them for your transfer or your tour experience.

Our experience was excellent. Our driver, Max, was wonderful. Very personable and helpful. He also gave us an excellent dining suggestion at a place we really enjoyed. Can’t say enough good things about Max and the overall experience.
Helga was a great driver. Everything was just as presented. Excellent experience. Would definitely use this service again.
It was a very busy day with cruise pick up and drop offs. We were given a driver name, but a different driver had been assigned to us. I had to call to find out this information. The driver showed up about five minutes later than our designated pick up time

Was a bit confusing due to cruise departure immigration times, trying to coordinate times for pickup. Veronica was very helpful on the phone with rearranging every time the ship adjusted our time. Driver was very good!!

Passengers from cruise lines docked at VOR need to know that it is approximately only 20 mins drive to the city motels. Despite information to the contrary there are also many taxis at the port and a free shuttle bus.

Driver was late arriving at port, instructions were not clear where to meet him. Then when we finally met he was in a bad mood, claimed our luggage would not fit even though we had clearly specified the number of items. by the way, they did fit.

Elected a private transfer from cruise ship to hotel in town. Glad we did. Taxi line was long. Our driver was prompt/early and waiting for us as we exited cruise terminal. Effortless, efficient, smooth transfer and within ten minutes we reached destination. Worth the expense.

Our driver was right outside the cruise terminal with the van only steps away.

So easy to book. I communicated directly with our driver, Thor, when we arrived at the cruise terminal. We were there an hour early but he still was able to pick us up within 15 minutes. He found us in the crowd, handled all our luggage, visited with us on the drive about The city, our hotel, restaurants, and things you see in walking distance. Messaged the provider several times to confirm pickup time and location, waited at the pickup location for more than 2 hours and driver never showed up. Couldn’t wait anymore and had to find alternative transportation. Vendor refused refund. Just a terrible experience.

We want to clarify that our team made every effort to connect with your group on the day of service. We sent multiple messages with the driver’s details, including license plate and vehicle type, and attempted to call you several times — unfortunately, our calls only reached voicemail.
In fact, two different drivers were dispatched to the pickup point at separate times to try to locate your group. Despite clear communication and proper coordination, there was unfortunately a mismatch at the cruise terminal, which led to the unfortunate outcome.
We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we are disappointed as well — especially as we’ve successfully served thousands of cruise passengers this summer with great care and precision. This was a rare situation, and we take it seriously.
If you’d like to provide any additional information privately, we’re happy to review this case once more. Our goal is always to improve and ensure a smooth and reliable service for every traveler.
Wonderful experience. Our driver was exceptionally polite and very helpful. The vehicle was impeccable. Highly recommend this service for anything you’d need a car for!
Driver was about 15 minutes late and difficult to find. Did load all our luggage though and van was very clean and comfortable. Drop off at our hotel and offload of luggage were fine.
Driver was very helpful for pickup. Crowds of people at the cruise terminal and he was helpful in finding us.
It was easy to locate the pickup location at the cruise port. Nick, our driver, was on-time, pleasant, and gave us tips for dinner restaurants. I highly recommend this private car service.
While the driver showed up on time, he dropped us at the wrong hotel! By the time we realized, he was gone! We had to push all our luggage through Reykjavík!
We went to the designated area. Our driver was 5 minutes early and found us easily. It was better than waiting in the taxi line for a car the could fit 4 people’s luggage.
