Absolutely recommend this company! Great hospitality from beginning to the end. They provided plenty of snacks & drinks before and after our adventure. Our guide Tim was awesome, knowledgeable but best of all…kept us safe. We had such an amazing and memorable experience.

I would have to rate this as an awful experience all due to the staff --- not to the scenery, equipment or water. We are an active-duty military couple that was there on vacation and never did this before.
I think we booked the first trip of the season (Memorial Day weekend) and we were the only 2 on the trip so it was us, a guide in our boat with us, and a guide in a canoe following us.
1) The guide in the boat made the trip awful. He started off by belittling and talking down to the other staff member, telling us he was a crack head, talking to him like dirt, and treating him awful even though he took it, was pleasant to us the entire time and was trying to politely take all of the other guide’s insults. The main guide had a dog with him, before we bused to the drop off point, and he made a comment to us that he was taking anger management classes so he wouldn’t beat his dog anymore. When I hear that, I should have known we had this was going to be an adventure….
2) Then before we even made it in the water, he started talking to us in that same manner and made a comment because I didn’t know the rafting commands that I must be “dumb with rocks between by ears.” I quickly had to stop that and remind him that we are the customer, and we want to have a good time, and he is not going to talk to us like that and let’s just start over with clear expectation on proper respectful was for communications.
3) Our guide continued for the next 2 hours to point out every female that we saw on the water regardless of age (toddlers to seniors) with inappropriate sexual comments that we did not want to hear.
4) For hours we continued to hear anti-government and anti-military comments the entire time. We remained quiet and looked at the scenery just waiting for this trip to end.
At the end, the other guide told me I was stopping us for correcting the other guide’s behavior and he thanked for defending him and correcting the way he spoke to us as well.
If you are looking for professional staff with unprofessional comments all day, be sure to confirm that staff have been replaced.

This was a fun trip that lasted just under 2 hours. My husband and I had a very knowledgeable guide that shared many interesting bits of information about the area and kept us moving smoothly at a nice, easy pace. We had several bump & spins with a few of the more exciting parts to cool us off!
