That their not dependable. Wait over an hour and tried calling and the driver or tour guide didn't answer my call. Called viator and they weren't able to find out what happened. Asked for money back and compensation for paying for ride to and from the meeting place and inconvenience. They said they will send a email to see what happens and it will take about 24 hours to get answers by email. Very disappointed brought this for my sister 65th birthday present 🎁
