Very fun class!

This experience was very informative and fun. I felt like I left with more knowledge about the history of sushi and some techniques to make it which is great. The instructor Momoka was funny and patient as were the rest of the team ok hand for the class. The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't show or teach how to cut the fish/what type of cuts to look for. The timeframe is too limited and group too large for that but it is a key step in knowing how to make the sushi. Because I don't 100% know how to do it at home, I had to lower the rating a little.

This course was outstanding!! The instructor spoke excellent English! She was dynamic and had us all feeling very comfortable. She gave us great insights on the history of sushi making. I would highly recommend this tour!!

We had a fabulous time - better than we anticipate!! Fabulous for any age! The food was great; the view was great; but the team made it so special and fun! I was concerned it could be odd with other people, but it was really fun to meet others.
