Fabulous Day Trip.

It was a long day but entirely worth it. Our guide, Geri, was very helpful and took extra pains to explain our visits. Wasn’t sure I would embrace the onsen experience but totally enjoyed it. Hemiji of course was fabulous. Mr Rokko was a bit of a surprise -,wasn’t expecting the view nor the height. Great day. Great tour.

This was a wonderful...

This was a wonderful experience a little far off from the crowds in Osaka and Kyoto. It was a bit rainy so our visit to Mt. Shosha/Engyo-ji Temple was very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the visit to Koko-en Garden and Himeji castle though they were a bit more crowded. Yama-san was a great guide who knew all the best photo spots.

Our tour with Mr. Yamashita was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and engaging and he shared so much fascinating history and information throughout the tour. His passion for Himeji Castle and the gardens really showed and he made the experience both educational and fun while taking the time to answer all of our questions. Ryuigi was great. He recommended a good restaurant before the tour and waited patiently when we were a few minutes late. He then adjusted very well when we told him that we had to cut the tour short. The tour itself was perfect - he had solid knowledge of the site, explained things in an interesting manner at the right level of detail, and helped us avoid the crowds (which were huge). I would highly recommend this tour and Ryuiji specifically.
