Travelled from Missouri all the way to Orlando on fiancé’s birthday. We drove an hour to get to the charter and arrived to the location 2 hours early only to find out that no one was coming. Called they said they never got the booking even though we had the confirmation number and emails. It sucked because we were super excited for the trip.

This definitely isn’t the experience we aim to provide. With a confirmation number and emails in place, we should have had everything lined up and ready for you, UNFORTNANTLY we never received emails or confirmation from Viator. Again, we’re truly sorry this happened, and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
