Amazing, and so tranquil. Our guides where absolutely spectacular. We rode cornbread, and Remi. Both fabulous horses. And scenery was amazing. They explained everything so thorough. And made us feel very comfortable and secure on our horses.

It was a very nice experience. We got to learn a lot about the lands and edible plants on the trails. It was exciting to get to know our horses names, what breed they are, and how they came to be at the ranch. Overall really fun adventure for us both. Loved Gigi and Pongo the two longest residents at the park.

Overview

See Lake Louisa State Park from a unique perspective away from the crowds during a small-group horseback ride along its scenic trails. As you walk along the 6-mile (10-kilometer) route and access places that cars can’t reach, hear interesting insights about the state park’s wildlife, history, and local culture from your guide. Note: participants must be at least eight years old, and have a BMI score of 31 or lower.

My sister's first 🐎 ride

The horses were well trained and the guides are knowledgeable. The trails are beautiful and clean with well directed paths. The only thing that we discussed when we got back to the car was that we didn't ride down to the lake on the horses. EVERY tour should include a lake view!

This experience and a unique and fun one for us. Being total beginners, we may not have been able to ride the horse if the horses were not cooperative as they were. This experience was relaxing and made us feel like achievers.

Took an anniversary trip to Orlando and booked a horseback riding afternoon ride with my husband , came 12 minutes late and we saw them start and leave without us. We tried contacting them but couldn’t and was told we couldn’t get any refund on a $178 trip. Bummed out especially since it was our anniversary and they didn’t even attempt to help make things right. Would not recommend

Yall should show if there are any restrictions people being able to ride the horses in bolder print it's not fare

It's not fare to others if you don't have in bold print the restrictions for weight an BMI restrictions. For people of a bigger size. It's weight bias.

Hidden BMI restriction – turned away with no refund

Booked for my wife’s birthday and drove over an hour, only to be turned away for a BMI policy that’s buried under “Additional Info” instead of shown clearly during booking. No call, text, or email before arrival. Refund denied because they couldn’t resell our spots. Travelers: double-check the fine print before booking, because this rule is not obvious and can ruin your plans.

The staff were great and friendly, and the horses were calm and gentle. If this is your first time riding a horse, I highly recommend this place, as they clearly explained all the steps on how to ride and guide the horses.

I arrived 10-15 minutes prior to the tour (tour was at 1:30pm) and was not sure where I was supposed to go. I called the tour company and was told that I was called twice and didn't answer so I couldn't go on the tour anymore because they wanted me there by 1. Mind you, the numbers that called me; one was a Las Vegas number and the other was a Homossasa number. I don't answer calls that I don't recognize. If it was from a cell they could have text me. I was told that if I wanted to reschedule I would have to pay 75 dollars more. And it would be for another day. It took 2hrs to drive up there. I want going back another day. My daughter thought we'd drive around and at least see the park. We drove by the stables and who did we see? The people going on the tour still there 15min after tour was supposed to have started!! So, tell me we couldn't have gone. I called Viator to get a refund and an agent told me that I would most likely get something back but to wait for an email with the decision. And I receive an email a day later telling me that I wasn't getting a refund!! I am so frustrated. Almost $200 wasted down the drain. I will never use this company again or pay for my activity prior to the date. Ridiculous thieves. The lady they could have done was given some of my money back.

An amazing experience! I felt completely at ease and had a fantastic time on the tour. The best part was the great communication and fun atmosphere, filled with humor. This is definitely a place worth revisiting. Plus, for Valentine’s Day, they went the extra mile by giving out gift bags with flowers and chocolates—truly showing their dedication to their customers!

Our first time horse back riding. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging and gave detailed instructions to help us on the hour ride. I highly recommend this for anyone, especially first timers. We hope to be back in the future.

Hillary and Janelle were the best guides we could’ve asked for! They care about the horses health deeply and know each one’s personality to a T. We enjoyed getting to talk to both of them throughout the adventure and enjoyed learning about the history of the state park too! Would definitely come back again!

The staff was fantastic, they did an excellent job with guiding and helping beginners like us to ride the horses. They made it very easy and doable, I recommend that everyone should come and try it out it is definitely worth every dime.
