Very outdated. We live...

ERICKA_W, Mar 2025
Very outdated. We live near Orlando. I wouldn’t buy it. We didn’t even finish the game. The navigation keep messing up. We used three different phones as we bought 3 tours. You really only need one.

Response from Host, Mar 2025

We're sorry to hear the experience wasn’t what you expected. 😞 We appreciate your feedback on navigation and outdated content—we're constantly working on updates to improve accuracy. 🏙️ If you'd like, reach out to support so we can make this right for you. 🚀 Thanks for giving it a try!

Frustrating

gretel_m, May 2024
Don't do this at night, lots of homeless people hanging out. Also you couldn't find things . The very first place you meet is missing key parts of the structure. Others you couldn't see as foliage in the way.

Response from Host, May 2024

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. Night tours can present unique challenges, and we'll take your comments into account to improve our routes. Your input is invaluable in helping us enhance the experience for future participants.
