The zoo and their staff are terrible and rude. They had our tickets there the whole time and made us travel across town to the welcome center to get our tickets only to find out that they had them the whole time anyway.

the zoo is not close and you need a car!! did not know this when bought combo tix. The Whisky was great if you enjoy walking on a Navy ship.
The Nautilus has some real fun parts but it was very busy with a day camp

We’re sorry there was confusion regarding transportation to the Virginia Zoo. The combination ticket is a self-guided experience, and transportation between the attractions is not included, as noted in the ticket information. Since the Virginia Zoo is located several miles from Nauticus, visitors will need their own vehicle or another form of transportation to travel between the two attractions.

Truly enjoyed the Virginia Zoo. Was impressed with the variety of animals at the zoo, and they were in enclosures what were more natural to their habitat...not in cages.

The battleship Wisconsin was very interesting. The fact that two men that had served on the ship were onboard to answer questions made it even more interesting. This is a great part of history. The zoo is small but very clean and made a great combination to keep all ages happy.

We were only able to do the battleship tour because the weather was too wet and cold for the zoo. We left to go back to NC the next day so we forfeited the money for the zoo. The battleship and Nauticus experience was awesome. The kids and adults loved it!!!

Was disappointed that I booked VA Zoo for Sunday and ticket couldn’t be used due to special event. Had to pay addition $25.

It was more expensive to do the passport than each individual attraction. The ship was very nice the zoo did not have many animals to see.

If you have children under 2, the Virginia Zoological Park is free. Please let me know if that was the case. That is the only reason I can think of that the price would have been more. The animals aren't always cooperative when the weather is hot, especially mid-day. We do hope you'll come back again and visit the other Norfolk attractions. Hopefully, you were able to cool off at the Norfolk Botanical Garden splash pads.
Updated- we did issue a refund due to the child ticket price.

The tickets last until the end of the year. There is so much much to do in Norfolk. You can spend several hours at each passport location. The visitor's center was extremely helpful, as was the folks at Marriott. I highly recommend the Passport and many other attractions. Norfolk is only 20 minutes from Virginia Beach!

My trip was good. It was very relaxing, which is just what my husband and I needed. The Gardens was my liking.. Didn't make it to the zoo, gave the tickets to another family. Loved the ship which met my husband love of history.

The Passport to Fun was a good value. The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was the Nauticus Museum, Our children are older teenagers and to us it seemed that this museum was mainly geared toward younger children. So they did not enjoy it as much as they could have. Otherwise we enjoyed everything and would recommend this to others.

Everything thing was good. We really enjoyed the Wisconsin. The only thing I would inprove is maybe disclose that when purchsing the passport to fun, you must go to the visitor center to pick up the passports. I didn't read that in any of the information I received. I would also mention that there is no parking at Nauticus, must park in parking deck. Other than that, we had a great time.
