The driver was not at the meeting point. I was also charged a part extra to make sure the driver would wait at the landing. We waited for a few minutes and took a taxi. When contacting the company later, they said it could not refund because it was cancelled with less than 24 hours. But there was no cancellation, there was no one to pick me up.
