Alex was our chef. He was amazing!! And funny! We had a great time and he educated us along the way. The experience was indoors with AC. We made two different pastas and tiramisu— delicious! Highly recommend!

Great, 3 + hour experience making pasta and tiramisu. Wr can not make 2 great pasta dishes and dessert too! Awesome instructor in Vitelo or Vitale...sorry, it's been a few days. He was lots of fun, very informative, and patient. I recommend this class for everyone!
