We were not only learning but being entertained by the staff during the cooking experience. The pace was easy to keep up with, the steps fun and easy to follow and the translator was quite the character, keeping us all amused as he interacted with the group. My 85 year old mother in law is not one to cook but was also kept engaged with the class and can't wait for me to make her the pasta here at home. The experience was completed with eating a sumptuous meal that we had prepared and chatting with new friends from around the globe. A definite highlight of my trip to Naples.

A great fun way to learn cooking

We spent 3 hours learning making pasta and tiramisu. The course was great for family with kids. The chef Gino was great and taught us patiently. We also got served with what we made.

This was an amazing class!!! There was great interaction, the food came out delicious, and the head chef and all staff were friendly, kind, and easy to follow. The class was well organized, fun, and definitely a bang for your buck. The homemade pasta experience was really fun. I made two different types of pasta. The chef cooked the pasta for me, but it was too strong and difficult to eat. The chef's attitude was also very rude and unprofessional. I was really disappointed.

We throughly enjoyed the pasta making class and would highly recommend it. The chef is wonderful, but Claudio was the star of the event! His charming personality made the event special. Claudio kept the group engaged and laughing as we relaxed and got to know everyone. We made ravioli with ricotta filling in a tomato basil sauce, fettuccine and tiramisu for dessert. Once we finished preparing, the chef expertly cooked our pasta dishes and we enjoyed the meal with new friends! Thank you for a great time in Napoli, we are already talking about our next trip back!

This was a special end to our journey. Claudio was English speaking and entertaining, helping us and the chef. We made fettuccini and ravioli and tiramisu. We then moved to the dining room to enjoy the wine, all the delicious fixings, and the enjoyable company of our cooking mates. The class was filmed and we await our copy.

We had an amazing time. It was fun to learn about making homemade pasta and it was all delicious. We all had our own stations which was nice. We came with our three kids and they were great with them. Claudio was our favorite and kept my kids entertained and laughing the whole time. I highly recommend this experience.

We met at a restaurant, and the head chef led the demonstration, while an assistant gave us the English version of the lesson. One discrepancy with the original listing was the time. it is (or was) listed as a one hour class, when it actually took three hours by the time we were done eating. That was fine by me, but if you are cramming your day full of activities, make note of that. Leave a full three hours for this class. The value was also great.
