We were not only learning but being entertained by the staff during the cooking experience. The pace was easy to keep up with, the steps fun and easy to follow and the translator was quite the character, keeping us all amused as he interacted with the group. My 85 year old mother in law is not one to cook but was also kept engaged with the class and can't wait for me to make her the pasta here at home. The experience was completed with eating a sumptuous meal that we had prepared and chatting with new friends from around the globe. A definite highlight of my trip to Naples.

Location was easy walking distance from the cruise terminal. Wonderful experience with Francesco!! He was very patient and gave each participant one on one help and guidance. Food came out delicious and recipes were given so we can try to recreate them at home.

It was an easy, fun experience for the amateur cook. The pasta & tiramisu were fun to make & the tasting was fun. I didn’t like that everyone’s pasta was mixed together, I would’ve rather just eaten what I had made myself. Francesco was an enthusiastic instructor and Elle was a great assistant.

Highly recommend this pasta making class, especially for the price. The instructor was funny and attentive, and the overall experience was fun. A chef even comes out and makes your pasta so you can eat it and then you eat your tiramisu as dessert. They also give you a glass of Prosecco. This was the only class I did while in Italy, but I would highly recommend it. I gave it four stars because I had to eat other people’s pasta too, and they didn’t stuff their ravioli with enough filling. I felt like I was eating dough. I was kind of hoping we would be getting a meal of pasta they make, to ensure quality, but not so much. Other than that, the experience was fabulous. I met some nice people and enjoyed myself. I’ll for sure be buying the kitchen attachment so I can start making my own pasta and ravioli.

This was an amazing class!!! There was great interaction, the food came out delicious, and the head chef and all staff were friendly, kind, and easy to follow. We throughly enjoyed the pasta making class and would highly recommend it. The chef is wonderful, but Claudio was the star of the event! His charming personality made the event special. Claudio kept the group engaged and laughing as we relaxed and got to know everyone. We made ravioli with ricotta filling in a tomato basil sauce, fettuccine and tiramisu for dessert. This was a special end to our journey. Claudio was English speaking and entertaining, helping us and the chef. We made fettuccini and ravioli and tiramisu. We then moved to the dining room to enjoy the wine, all the delicious fixings, and the enjoyable company of our cooking mates. The class was filmed and we await our copy.

We had an amazing time. It was fun to learn about making homemade pasta and it was all delicious. We all had our own stations which was nice. We met at a restaurant, and the head chef led the demonstration, while an assistant gave us the English version of the lesson.
