Man that’s a lot of food! Our pizza making experience was great. We learned that you can make great pizza in a frying pan and that truly great sauce is cooked for a LONG time. We left with wonderful recipes and the knowledge of where one of our favorite foods was born. The entire team was very welcoming and helpful. We were happy for the walk back to the cruise port to burn off some of the carbs consumed. 97 degree heat helped😂

Luigi was great. We had a wonderful time in this class. The facility is clean and nicely set up for teaching cooking, as it is held at a cooking academy. We each made 3 different pizzas - Neopolitan, fried and one I can’t remember the name of but it was like pizza bites/balls. Plenty of left overs to take home - my husband is eating his right now as a snack! Would definitely do another cooking class with this company!

We enjoyed wine and beer while learning techniques to make pizza three ways at home. Very informative, and got to eat all of our creations! Luigi was very helpful, great English, and took the time to ensure all our questions were answered.

Luigi made this a very personal cooking experience. The other couples all cancelled and we had a private class. He answered questions of interest. We had great sharing conversion and instruction on sauce. Vegetables and ham and cheese. His English was perfect for my poor Italian
