We chose this tour for peace of mind - not having to figure out how to get hydrofoil tickets. Turns out that it is very easy to purchase tickets at the SNAV counter right outside the cruise terminal. In hindsight, I wish I had done that and then picked my own spot for lunch. There were much better lunch options than the set menu at the place included in the tour. All that said, the tour operator was very nice and available to us to answer any questions at the start of the day and via phone if we needed him throughout the day.

It was an amazing day on a beautiful island. We hired a taxi and saw everything. The lunch was delicious.

It was easy meeting the guide outside the port gate but he gave us the wrong ferry tickets back and we would miss the ship he said don’t worry just get over there and they will change them n problem . I chalked with the snav reps at the dock and they said the same thing so off we went . The town is cute we walked to the beach the lunch was amazing at il blanco . . But of course there was an issue with us getting the right tickets and after many calls we had to pay almost 50 euros to make it back for our ship . The tour company said they would reimburse to our original payment and then stopped answering and we have no refund for the extra we paid and this was not our fault it was tour operator .

The island visit was good , the choice of restaurant and the location and the menu was very poor by the organizing tour , the guide wasn,t there , he gave the tickets a day earlier , very poor service

I had a terrible experience with the restaurant that you booked me for lunch. I already wrote as a special dietary request no meat and chicken and they offered me a set menu with only meat. Even the pasta they gave me with meat, i asked them to change it and they agreed and I told them only with tomato sauce, they served me a chili pasta and I don't eat chili and no one asked me if I want my pasta chili so I didn't eat and I left my lunch at the table and just left the restaurant. I booked with Viator as I thought you only offer good places and restaurants and it turned out wrong. It really ruined the beginning of my trip and this is something I never expected it from you. You didn't even send my dietary request to this terrible restaurant. And I will write a very bad review for this trip because I paid 71 u.s dollars for nothing except the transportation which I could have done it alone and above all when someone contacted me a day before concerning my trip back from Procida to Napoli she did not inform me that the spendere boat shops at Molo Beverllo while the ferry doesn't stop at Molo Beverello and stops at another port. Ingot off the ferry and I had no idea what to do. I am never going to reserve any trips with you again.

L'île est mignonne, mais une journée s'est de trop La balade en hydroglisseur est sympa Le gros problème est que le restau où ils avaient soit disant réservé pour 13H était FERMÉ !!!!

Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo: alla fine il tour comprende solo il biglietto dell'aliscafo e il pranzo. L'unica informazione chiesta a chi ci ha consegnato i biglietti era sbagliata (indicazione sul ristorante rispetto al luogo di arrivo). Inoltre, le indicazioni al momento dell' iscrizione sono della necessità di sostituire i voucher con i veri biglietti: abbiamo provato a farlo il giorno precedente per non dover presentarci al molo troppo presto ma una delle sedi dell' agenzia è stata chiusa (Via Capitelli) e l'altra, quella di piazza Bovio, era chiusa in pausa pranzo mentre on line viene indicato l'orario continuato 9-17: aggiornateli i siti!!!

Fatto questo tour il 13/8 e devo dire un tour organizzato alla perfezione. La signora Inna sempre molto disponibile per qualsiasi informazione ed anche il ristorante incluso (noi abbiamo scelto a' chiauledd) di ottima qualità. Consiglio assolutamente questo tour

Una bellissima giornata. L'organizzazione è stata impeccabile. Siamo partiti con l'aliscafo ed arrivati abbiamo preso un pulmino che ci ha permesso di visitare l'isola e ci ha portati in spiaggia a marina Chiaiolella. Per il pranzo ci siamo recati al ristorante prescelto "A Chiaiuledd" mangiato bene e personale molto gentile.
