Tour guild was amazing he was super helpful and kind. The island was beautiful with much to do but the food unfortunately was not the best. Pasta was undercooked and the meet was not edible. But the overall experience was amazing

I was met by Giuseppe at the port where I was given the ferry tickets and the voucher for the pre booked lunch on ischia. The ferry was smooth. Lunch was in the next town from the port at a lovely sea side restaurant. A great way to spend the day. You could explore the island by bus or taxi but I chose to walk around a bit. A bit warm but nice.

It’s a good trip if you want to explore entirely on your own. That worked well for us. Unfortunately the event was somewhat disorganized. We did not receive one of the lunch tickets as promised. The restaurant did follow through and fixed it. Beware that the lunch included is only very few specific menu items which is not advertised.

Do not book this tour. The price is high for what you can actually book yourself. The lunch is poor, with tight timings also given, making it harder to make your lunch on time. The lunch includes a very limited dish selection.

Ischia is a fantastic tourist destination. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit Ischia. The water is crystal clear and the views along the shore is amazing.

Very enjoyable day, but there is no need to book this tour. We were caught out being first time in Naples. The "day trip" consists of return ferry and lunch only in a designated restaurant. You could easily book the ferry yourself online, much cheaper, then you could choose your own lunch spot, and time. The restaurant we were assigned to was very disappointing, a set menu with only 2 choices, one was fish so no choice if you're allergic to seafood. The food was almost thrown at us. We were treated with disdain, very disappointed as this was an exception to warm service received elsewhere in Naples

Prezzo salatissimo, visto che il tour comprendeva solo i biglietti ed un pranzo... Eravamo in quattro, due adulti e due bambini, la guida telefonica non è stata chiara nelle spiegazioni, non ha letto i messaggi per poi scusarsi... Chi doveva darci i biglietti fino alle 10:35 non si è vista con la nave che partiva di lì a poco alle 10:45... Poi è spuntata dicendo che era in fila per fare i biglietti... Il giorno stesso???? Mah!!! Poi senza nessun consiglio dove andare ... Il voucher dei possibili ristoranti ne indicava solo due in centro... Quindi per andare negli altri dovevamo provvedere da soli con spese di taxi... Insomma alla fine siamo andati da Pirozzi, vicino al centro... Sgarbatissimo, accoglienza non gentile quando ha visto i voucher... La scelta era limitata... Alla richiesta di un dessert diverso dal sorbetto per i bambini, la risposta è stata che l'opzione "frutta" era a discrezione del ristoratore... Dunque lui proponeva il sorbetto e basta... Complimenti! Vergognoso! Biglietti e pranzo 280€... Per i biglietti bastavano 100€... Mai più!
