Worth the Trip

Great way to see Capri in a day. Loved that it included pretty much everything we would need other than personal spending. We would have been able to better plan our day if we knew prior to the day of what time our boat would return to Naples. We later learned that we could have left on an earlier boat but that wasn’t until the last minute so we ended up staying on the island for 12 hours. Thankfully the kids wanted to spend the majority of time at the beach so we were able to rent chairs and an umbrella to relax. Overall it was a nice trip and we feel we got our moneys worth.

Ok if you're not too tired to get back to Naples late at night

Probably was okay but I didn't want to take the time to get back to my hotel in Naples about 10 o'clock on the late ferry boat so I just had lunch in the main square and didn't use any of the coupons I was a little disappointed that the way to get to a restaurant that he contracted with was far enough out that you had to take a public bus to get to it which is why I gave it four stars if I had wanted to take the late ferry boat back I'd probably could have taken a tour to the Blue grotto but I didn't want to get back that right

La verdad la experiencia fue pésima. Llegamos en el tiempo acordado al puerto para abordar el ferry, que venía incluido en la excursión. Y la tal Rita nos versió y mintió en todo momento. Compramos la excursión para tres personas y no sólo que no aparecía con los voucher,si no que faltando 5 minutos se excusó y dijo que por error de ellos había dos voucher y no tres. A lo que tuvimos que pagar de nuestro bolsillo el tercero (ticket de ferry y de bus) siendo que ya habíamos pagado la excursión en su totalidad con anterioridad. Después renegamos para que nos diera el voucher de comida (todo era en partes no nos daba una respuesta y solución). Al día de hoy ya pasaron tres días de la excursión y no nos devolvieron la plata (ni del ferry ida y vuelta a Capri y tampoco el valor de los tickets de bus) Exigimos una solución pronto porque por error de ustedes que son Viator y mala organización tuvimos que pagar cosas que no correspondían.
