We arranged for a small group tour and this was not a small group tour. We had a large group though our Spain tour but wanted to experience Toledo with a small group and therefore paid for this experience. I think you can agree that 19 people is not a small group and certainly not what we should have paid extra for. I do want to comment that our guide was very good.

Wonderful full day tour. A strong suggestion to the organizers: please give 20 minutes or so “free time” in the Cathedral!! Such an important structure and we felt very rushed, but ended up with lots of free time later in the day that could have been put to better use!
Guide Marta was wonderful. Bus modern and had USB ports (that worked!). Group was about 16 people.

Very difficult walking, older people would have a problem . No availability of public restrooms. Would be nice if the tour offered water on the bus.

I am a person that plans way ahead for such a big trip. When my biggest day trip is canceled the evening before, it’s very disappointing. The trip was canceled negate enough people didn’t sign up. That is no my fault and the trip should have gone on.

One of my favorite trips while in Madrid. Toledo is an amazing city with lots of history. Our guide Yolanda was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining from a local’s point of view.

The tour was amazing! Plenty of history mixed with taking in the sites and sounds of Toledo. Our guide, Marta, was knowledgeable, and the kids loved learning and talking to her.

We were under the impression that it would be a small group and english tour guide. The small group was based on other small group tours with Viator that were 8 or less and when booking english the tour would only be english. The tour was actually 15 people and in both english and spanish. It made the tour less than enjoyable. The type of the tour being large and multi languages, we would have cancelled and booked a private tour.

Toledo is beautiful. The guide and driver found a spot to stop so we could get some photos of the whole city from a great vantage point before our drop off at the city, which was great. Our guide did a good job of showing us around and keeping us together. We had 14 in our group and I think that’s about right, as larger groups would be unmanageable.
If you only have 5-6 hours available, this tour is a great choice. We had plenty of time for lunch on our own, but the tour itself felt rushed, so I’d recommend a longer tour if you have the time.
Note that we did not get taken back to the starting point, but were left off in the parking garage near the palace. I explored there previously, so I knew the way back. But, if you don’t pay attention when walking from the tour company’s office to the underground parking for the bus at start of the tour, it could be uncomfortable being dropped off without being forewarned.
Overall, I enjoyed the day and would recommend the tour.

Had a great time with family and we gained a new friend, our tour guide, Luis!
He showed us the sites, took us to a great place to eat and shop. We had such a great time that we stayed later than planned so we could see the city at night- spectacular view! And we got to experience the train back Madrid.

Due gg prima del tour mi hanno comunicato che era cancellata e mi hanno offerto un tour giornaliero allo stesso prezzo, ma non più in italiano, ma spagnolo e inglese e fin qui niente di drammatico. Ma il tour Segovia, Avila e Toledo 8,30-19,00 con 4 h in bus. Organizzata male, praticamente di Toledo non abbiamo visto nulla peraltro di domenica pomeriggio secondo gli organizzatori dalle 16,30 alle 18,00. Una tappa in un negozio “pseudo artigianale” di armi. 🤦♂️ Consiglio un giro solo Toledo e Segovia con visita al mattino a Toledo. Magari evitate di domenica durante le festività Natalizie.

Excelente experiencia, nos faltó tiempo para disfrutarlo más. Nuestro guía con mucho conocimiento y paciencia para todo el recorrido. No le importó el tiempo y debido a la presa que encontramos antes de llegar, nos dió 2 horas adicionales para poder terminar con la visita. Su explicación de la Catedral fue sumamente completa. De verdad que lo recomiendo al 100%
