- Tour itinerary may vary by closed streets or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and pets are not allowed.
- Tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
- Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs. These stops will be made in the prearranged places.
- The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.
- The pick-up point is located in the bus station (underground) of the Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the “Puerta del Príncipe”. Just opposite the “Prince’s Gate”, you will find the stairs to access the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to get to the exact pickup point. You can contact us by phone or write to us by WhatsApp (+34 696 99 78 89) at any time.
- In case of mobility problems, to go downstairs from the pick-up point, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp (+34 696997889), or by email (hello@ecotuktuk.com) so that we can help you access the meeting point by elevator.

We took the 2hr Tuk Tuk tour of Madrid when we first arrived and in the capable hands of Enrique learned so much about this beautiful city. We were given a great tour which gave us plenty of time to learn a littlw bit about the history, glimpse the various neighbourhoods and get a sense of the size & complexity of modern day Madrid. Enrique was superb. He was so kind and thoughtful and happily answered our many questions. We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this to others. We had a fantastic private tuk-tuk tour with Laura and would highly recommend it. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to point out all the key places we needed to see, while also tailoring the experience to our interests.
We stopped at great photo spots whenever it made sense, and when I mentioned that my group were “green thumbs,” she immediately suggested a botanical garden and was kind enough to fit in a quick stop since we had time. That level of thoughtfulness really made the tour feel personal.
Laura was also super flexible and helpful throughout. She offered to drop us off along the route so we could explore longer on our own, which we really appreciated since it saved us from having to walk back uphill later.
Communication was seamless via WhatsApp, with quick and very clear responses. Even with a last-minute meeting point change due to street closures from a visit by the King of Portugal, she handled everything smoothly and sent a clear Google Maps pin with the updated check-in location.
Overall, extremely organized, safe driving, and a genuinely great experience. Would absolutely book again.

We really liked our guide, Mariona, but the tour itself was not our favorite. It was impossible to see many of the buildings and sites because the tub tuk cover blocked our view. We did enjoy the 2 stops as the park and the rose garden were both beautiful.

The tuk tuk is incredibly cramped and there is a chance that the tuk tuk will not at all look like the image and the covering restricts the view of Madrid. I do not recommend and I was highly disappointed.

We thought this would be the best (and sole) activity on day 1, after checking in our accommodation early afternoon, and it's an understatement saying we were not disappointed! Carlos was a great and knowledgeable guide (as well as a skilled driver), and by the first evening it feels like we know and have seen soooo much about Madrid as if we have been already staying for a week. The tour was good. It was difficult to find out the meeting point because the under ground stairs were not visible. We walked in that area couple of times but could not see the path leading to the place. Guide was good and described the things well.

David was friendly and did a great job. 2 hours perfect amount of time to do a quick tour of the city. Fun Way to do it in a Tuk Tuk so can navigate narrow streets. Had last 30 minutes to explore Temple of Debod and nice views of Madrid.
