- Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and pets are not allowed.
- Tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
- The tours are designed to make the indicated tour, and make a series of stops already set, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. The 60-minute tour stops at the Arabian Wall, and the 120-minute tour also stops at the Temple of Debod. Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs. These stops will be made in the prearranged places.
- The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.
- The pick-up point is located in the bus station (underground) of the Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the “Puerta del Príncipe”. Just opposite the “Prince’s Gate”, you will find the stairs to access the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to get to the exact pickup point. You can contact us by phone or write to us by WhatsApp (+34 696 99 78 89) at any time.
- In case of mobility problems, to go downstairs from the pick-up point, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp (+34 696997889), or by email (hello@ecotuktuk.com) so that we can help you access the meeting point by elevator.

We took the 2hr Tuk Tuk tour of Madrid when we first arrived and in the capable hands of Enrique learned so much about this beautiful city. We were given a great tour which gave us plenty of time to learn a littlw bit about the history, glimpse the various neighbourhoods and get a sense of the size & complexity of modern day Madrid. Enrique was superb. He was so kind and thoughtful and happily answered our many questions. We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this to others. Roberto was great! Despite the detailed instructions, they were a little tricky to understand but it didn’t take away from a great Tuk Tuk tour experience! This is a must do when visiting Madrid!

A wonderful way to both see around so much of Madrid but also get a great overview/history of the city. Highly recommend doing this. It allowed us to then better plan our days in Madrid and slot in other things that we saw on the tour that we weren’t planning to do or areas we weren’t planning to see.

This was our first time in Madrid. It was great to have a friendly easy tuktuk tour to start the visit. We got our bearings, and had very friendly drives who told us about history, neighborhoods, food and answered all our questions. The weather was hot, also, so the tuktuk was easy and breezy compared to other walking tours or renting bikes.

Our tuk-tuk tour was one of the highlights of our time in Madrid! Our driver, Ariana, arrived right on time and immediately made us feel welcome. She was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable, sharing interesting history and stories about Madrid as we drove through the city. One thing we especially appreciated was that the tour never felt rushed. At several of the major landmarks, Ariana gave us 15–30 minutes to get out, explore, take photos, and meet her afterward. She was also very patient and accommodating when we asked to make an extra stops to buy water and use the restroom. We loved that the tuk-tuk blended right into Madrid traffic, allowing us to cover so much more of the city than we could have by walking. It was a fun, comfortable, and unique way to experience Madrid’s most iconic sights and learn a little of the city’s history along the way. This tuk-tuk tour was a fantastic introduction to the city, and Ariana made the experience even better.

Silva, our tour tour guide was fantastic - very friendly, engaging, professional, and knowledgeable.
However, after giving ourselves over 45 minutes to get to the meet point, a journey that should have taken less than 15 minutes per Google map, we finally arrived 10 minutes late. The meet point is located in a very poorly marked subterranean "dungeon" two stories below ground. For 7.dsys previously we used Google maps to successfully navigate Spain. For this Eco Tuk Tuk tour not even the police officers on the mall above knew where the below-ground Eco Tuk Tuk meetup was located.
This horrible experience of locating the meet point in such excruciatingly hot temperatures put an absolute damper on our whole experience.

We regret that you were unable to see the video, for whatever reason, but the instructions were sent to you the day before the tour.

We booked this tour for leg 3 of our honeymoon just a couple of hours after our train got to Madrid from Barcelona. Bobby was our tour guide and he was wonderful! We loved our two hour tour and felt like we got a great introduction to the city, picked up lots of fun facts, enjoyed conversation with our guide, and saw so much of the city that we never would have been able to accomplish on our own. A good bonus was the slight breeze we got because of the open sides on a hot summer day. We can’t recommend it enough!

Professional, courteous and informative. Tuk Tuk was in very good condition…new. Sebastian was a very good tour guide. We had an issue finding the meeting place. When you arrive at the meeting place outside the castle, there are many Tuk Tuks that want your business. The meet place on Viator doesn’t take you to the meeting spot. We had to locate stairs that go down to an underground garage. It was 2 flights of stairs down. No signage indicating to take “these” stairs. Eco Tuk Tuk called me after I sent a text to them indicating we couldn’t find them. The person on the phone had me follow her directions to the stairs. Once we went down one flight of stairs the signage was visible and directed us to the meeting spot. We purchased a two hour tour.

Such a fun and comprehensive way to see Madrid! Christian was an informative and knowledgeable tour guide, and pointed out really interesting trivia and facts. It was fun to see the oldest business in Madrid as well as the oldest working restaurant in the world! We had Christian as our driver and I can honestly say that out of the 5 different tour guides (of varying level tours) we experienced on our 2 week vacation - he was the best! So informative and so nice! We asked him plenty of questions related to the tour and life in Madrid and he was happy to answer all of them! This was a great way to see the city. Because we received so much information on a variety of sites we were then able to make an educated decisions about any places we wanted to invest more time visiting. We loved this tour and highly recommend!

Javier (no42) was fab! Knowledgeable, funny and friendly he went above and beyond for a less baked traveller in our group to ensure he felt included and dint miss the sights of the city. Shared historic facts with some jokes and humour, the 2 hours flew by! We saw everything we expected with some extras thrown in that we later went back to revisit in more detail.
Such a great way to see the sights but keep cooler (was 42 degrees here!!) and not miss anything on the to do list.
Well worth the money and feel very lucky with our driver/guide

This tour was very interesting, fun and filled with lots of knowledge. Gloria and her team were very knowledgeable. We had to take two transportation carts since it was 5 of us in our group. Viator didn’t disclose this information to us. We would’ve had chosen another option so my family and I would be together not separate. Be careful when choosing this tour Tuk Tuk tour if you have a group of 5 or more.
Other than that we gain so much knowledge and familiarize ourselves with this beautiful city.
