- Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and pets are not allowed.
- Tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
- The tours are designed to make the indicated tour, and make a series of stops already set, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. The 60-minute tour stops at the Arabian Wall, and the 120-minute tour also stops at the Temple of Debod. Tours cannot be modified, nor can stops for photographs. These stops will be made in the prearranged places.
- The vehicles are suitable for older people, and our drivers will help them get on if necessary.
- The pick-up point is located in the bus station (underground) of the Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the “Puerta del Príncipe”. Just opposite the “Prince’s Gate”, you will find the stairs to access the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to get to the exact pickup point. You can contact us by phone or write to us by WhatsApp (+34 696 99 78 89) at any time.
- In case of mobility problems, to go downstairs from the pick-up point, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp (+34 696997889), or by email (hello@ecotuktuk.com) so that we can help you access the meeting point by elevator.

We took the 2hr Tuk Tuk tour of Madrid when we first arrived and in the capable hands of Enrique learned so much about this beautiful city. We were given a great tour which gave us plenty of time to learn a littlw bit about the history, glimpse the various neighbourhoods and get a sense of the size & complexity of modern day Madrid. Enrique was superb. He was so kind and thoughtful and happily answered our many questions. We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this to others. We split a tuk tuk for our group but it was still a very fun experience. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming. They gave us places to try and explore plus a small break within the tour to view Retiro park or eat a small bite before finishing the tour.

Watch out for being over charged! Viator lists a low price. Ie $21 Euro. But in reality the charge was $188.86 once converted to US dollar.

Juan was an outstanding guide, deeply knowledgeable about the historical sites we visited. My husband and I are history nerds, and he handled even our niche questions with ease, clearly drawing on real expertise rather than a rehearsed script. Exploring the city by tuk tuk was a fantastic way to see it too. Juan took us to spots we never would have found on our own, and the open-air ride gave us a much more immersive feel for the city than a bus tour would have. Highly recommend this experience for anyone who wants more than the standard tourist stops.

For the price, we were disappointed in our private tour. Our guide, Sylvia, was very sweet but we could not understand or sometimes hear what she was saying. She seemed to have a lot of knowledge but for an English speaking tour we missed most of it. It was also too heavily focused on architecture rather than the culture of the city or areas of interest other than the buildings.

The pick up location is very difficult to find. However, the tour company text me several times to make sure that I would not have a problem by giving additional directions videos and information to help find the location. I had no problem finding it . Manuel the driver was funny and engaging . We enjoyed spending time seeing Madrid

well you need to follow the directions you get on what’s up app to find the location!! or you won’t catch your tuk!! are guy was over 15 minutes late so we got a fill in guy !! he was amazing very informative!! we were skeptical at first thinking this would be a big waste of time turned out being so good i highly recommend!! it took us all around and let us know all about madrid and must eat places as well as must go to spots!!

Buyer beware. We had a cancelled flight that caused us to miss our tour. As soon as we booked a new flight that would put us arriving 10 hours later, I contacted Viator. This was 3am Madrid time on Monday. Our tour was 11 am on Tuesday. The Viator agent helping me requested that the guide move us to a 4 pm Wednesday tour that showed available on the app. The tour guide refused to accommodate and claimed the 24 hour cancellation policy (see review and response on TripAdvisor) even though the contact was more that 24 hours before the booked trip as well as the requested replacement trip. We read the cancellation policy. We responded in the required timeframe and yet they took the easiest path which was to keep our money and give us nothing.

You contacted us at 3:44 a.m. on the 25th, while your tour was scheduled for 12:15 a.m. that same day. Our team responded at 9:17 a.m., when our normal working day in Spain begins and our booking agents were available to assist you.
Therefore, it is not accurate to state that we were notified more than 24 hours in advance. Your request was made on the very same day as the tour and well within the 24-hour cancellation period.
We fully understand that a cancelled flight can be an unforeseen circumstance beyond a traveller’s control, and we sincerely regret that this affected your plans. However, our cancellation policy applies equally to all reservations and exists so that we can properly organize our guides, vehicles and availability.
We would also like to clarify that our intention was never to “keep your money and give you nothing”. We simply applied the cancellation conditions applicable to a reservation that could not be cancelled within the required timeframe.
We regret that this situation led to a negative impression and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the facts.

This was a wonderful (whirlwind) overview of Madrid that provided the perfect introduction to the city. I recommend walking to the pickup point, because the vendor provides clear instructions (via WhatsApp) on how to find the steps down to the underground bus terminal. We took a taxi, but the taxi driver didn't understand their instructions and couldn't find the place, so we we ended up walking to Plaza de Oriente and down the stairs regardless.

Our guide David was great, the Tuk Tuk is pretty comfortable and a good way to see the sites. Can a get a little warm if it's hot out but when you're moving the breeze helps.

David was our guide, he was extremely knowledgeable, spoke perfect English, which was much appreciated since most of us don’t speak great Spanish!! He took us all over the place and stopped and explained the history multiple times!! It was definitely a great experience! Would definitely recommend the tour and David as your guide!! Today we know what we want to see and visit, so it definitely helped us plan out and have a better idea of what we wanted to see the most during our time here!

Great introduction to the beauty and history on interior Madrid. Carlos was our tour guide. Professional, knowledgeable and an excellent driver. Do this tour early in your stay...gives you a great base knowledge of area. Not a negative, just advice to finding the start point of tour. You are looking for a random staircase, in middle of park , n front of Royal Palace.

Our flight was delayed 3.5 hours from Canada. We requested a later tour and they were not willing to help us out. We saw Tuk Tuk!s in Madrid with room for two in them later that evening. Their policy is for them but not their customers. We have a Viator tour booked everyday this week - but after this trip we will go with their competitor. Disappointed!

Our tour guide’s name was JP. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the sights he took us to. This tour also made it easier for us to see two sides of Madrid, the old & modern sights. He also gave us time to take pictures. It was very nice to hear Madrid’s history & culture from a local’s perspective. We asked him some restaurant recommendations which we went for lunch & dinner. The restos were amazing! It was also great that he can speak both English & Spanish, highly recommend.
