German was an excellent tour guide. Our group was small and he was able to meet the need of each person throughout the tour. The sites of Toledo came alive with his knowledge and humor. We were very happy that he helped us navigate lunch so that my husband's food allergies were not an issue and we were both able to relax and enjoy. One thing that we would have liked is just a bit of time to explore larger cities, like the cathedral, on our own. Otherwise it was a delightful day

We did not get all entry tickets . we had to pay 12 euro to buy 3 entry tickets which supposed to be included package.

Enough time and direction to see everything I wanted to see. Laura was very friendly and knowledgeable. She individually chatted with everyone to ensure they were not disappointed, and was a great resource for general Spanish history and Toledo specifically. I highly recommend it.

Toledo is an amazing city with so much history, it’s a MUST see.
Antonio gave us food recommendations as well…and his lunch recommended was delicious.

I signed up for small group tour, but we ended up were grouped together with another wine group tour people. Even worse, we were left to tour by ourselves for a few places because the tour guide has to go with the wine group tour group. Why should I pay premium fee for the so called small group tour then?

Toledo is beautiful and Majed is a knowledgeable guide. However, the transportation was delayed the morning of our departure and was less than ideal. There were two separate tour groups on our bus which added time in traveling and coordinating the day. It seemed inefficient and as a result the time spent Toledo was only 4 hours and we did not have sufficient time to explore on our own. I left with the impression that I paid more than I received in value for this trip.

This was a great tour. Our guide Majez was superb. He provided more interesting incite into the history of the city and the sites we visited vs. vanilla textbook descriptions. The one negative about the tour was the strenuous walking conditions. For 60+ people with limited physical activity, this can overwhelm them. Definitely it is not for those with mobility, breathing or heart conditions. I ignored the discomfort and am really glad I took this tour.

Booked this tour and they couldn't find an tour operator so they suggested Toledo and wine. It was a glorified taxi. Unprofessional. The type guide was interested in talking to the driver then us. We learned nothing and she shooed us nothing. We were basically in our own. Would not recommend this company

Toledo is a must see! The tour guide Laura was amazing. However as booked on the Viator site you can select hotel pickup and indicates after the tour you return to the same pickup location. Viator reservation process was seamless, however the day before the tour we received a email message changing the pickup location, walking a few blocks to the Neptune station.
Not a big deal, however while traveling to Toledo we were advised that we would return and be dropped off near the Royal Palace of Madrid. A kilometer away from the pickup spot and not the original hotel address confirmed on the Viator booking. Several others on the tour were surprised by this change. The tour coach dropped us off on the side of the street in the rain and we had to find our own transportation back to the hotel. Great tour but not what was contracted. Tour Toledo with Laura, but the tour company was misleading and not recommended.

Toledo was an amazing city to visit and our guide Laura was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and gave us a detailed history of Toledo and the monuments we visited. I highly recommend this small group tour.

The bus was 20 minutes late arriving to pick up the group. Directions from the tour leader, Laura was very vague on pick up location marker. Once on the way we learned that she would be doing a bilingual guide in both spanish and english. Many were confused when their ear piece would go silent when she switched languages. At one point she instructed those of us following in english to take a 30 minute break, which in fact proved to be a 3 minute break causing me to be misplaced from the group. It was a scary experience to be lost, as she continued on without counting to make sure she had her entire group . Once reconnected, Laura was less than considerate to MY apologies. Ruined the trip for me at that point! Very disorganized and would have preferred a more professional guide. Wouldn't recommend Laura.

Really cool day trip from Madrid. Small bus was comfortable and knowledgeable guide presenting three sites, and offering map and admission bracelet for you to decide how to spend your time. Enjoyed being on our own for a chunk of the day. Gorgeous sites and views and a huge change from the city. Lots of walking on cobblestones and steps, so be sure that’s not an issue when you sign up. Very special experience!

The main Cathedral was great.Actually all of the churches were great but that is a little church overload. We did get to see the famous Tagus bridge as well as the Alcazar. Weather was terrible most of the day but that happens. Guide was excellent and gave great tips on lunch.

We Al had a fantastic tour of Toledo with a small group. Our guide Laura was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and explained things so well. She gave us an excellent synopsis of the history of Toledo. Her love for the city was apparent.

Great experience at this walking tour at Toledo, the guide has explained every details along the way.
Yet, probably I would not recommend to anyone with knee problem as towards the end we have to walk down deep slopes with wide steps back to the train station (we use the escalators when we go up to the old town to start the tour).
Believe the guide should have told us ahead of time and be understanding, not showing us faces complaining us delaying the tour.

I thought I had already done one of these, but, we had an amazing tour. A small group comfortable ride and amazing tour guide Named Laura. We saw some of those beautiful buildings and such a quaint town. I would move there tomorrow tour covered most of the bases. The only way we could’ve done more if we had like five more hours. Excellent.

We enjoyed our visit to Toledo in this small group tour. The van was comfortable, and our guide Diego was very knowledgeable about the area and monuments. It was great that we saw the important things together and then had free time to explore on our own. We highly recommend this over a large group bus tour.
