Nicolas was an exceptional guide for our family’s private tour of the Prado Museum. He was courteous, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. What impressed us most was his depth of expertise—whenever we asked questions beyond his standard presentation, he provided thoughtful, detailed answers that enriched our understanding. He made the artwork come alive by drawing our attention to subtle details and symbolism that we would have otherwise overlooked, making the entire experience far more meaningful. Nicolas was also easy to understand and was noticeably respectful of other tour groups, maintaining an appropriate volume and allowing everyone to enjoy the museum.
