A moderate paste tour of the city center. Our English speaking guide was very knowledgable and spoke loud enough for 8 of us to hear.

Paid for a walking tour on line. When I turned up, it was a free walking tour with anticipated tip to be given to the guide. Not mentioned in your promotion. You've just taken money for a free service. On the tour, we saw very few attractions, going to the Plaza de Mayor, the oldest restaurant and not much else in 2 hours. Most of the time standing around while the guide showed us pictures and diagrams from a folder. I left early

Our guide, forgot his name, from Venezuela, was sharp and had a great insight about Madrid and its history. He took us around the city and explained in detail interesting stories in a fun and humorous way. I recommend this tour

Dina’s energy and her ability as a storyteller. It was an Amazing experience and very educational. History was brought to life
Carlotta was super knowledgeable, funny, and responsive to what interested our group. She was great to chat with in between stops and answered all of our questions.
This is a great walking tour, hitting all the highlights and giving a good overview of the history of Madrid. Our guide Dina was so good , going above and beyond with local information and she made the tour really interesting with great stories, pictures and a super friendly manner, making sure everyone in the group was able to hear her and was comfortable. I recommend doing this tour when you get to Madrid and it will give you great info on what to do whilst visiting. Make sure you ask for Dina 😀

The tour was fantastic but disappointed to find out we could have done the tour for free if we had researched better. So basically the price we paid was just viator’s commission.

We loved our walking tour! Esme was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about the city and told us the history through stories. She is a great story teller and made the walking tour very fun! Due to our small tour size she also allowed us to stop and certain places for longer period of times and let our group have good input on what we wanted to see too! Esmeralda our guide told a good story. We gained an overview of the time from King Charles through 3 king Philips and to the next Charles.

I paid $20 through viator and then was told by the guide it was a yellow umbrella free tour and he was an aspiring student earning tips from the tour. Where did the viator money go? The tour guide was great. I tipped him well. Better off going directly to yellow umbrella tour and skip the middle man.
Marcelis was an amazing guide and I highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating.
Visited a number of the main sites, but of course the interesting bit was the background information that the guide gave. Our guide, Marceli, was doing a doctorate on the history of art, and so knew his stuff - a good depth of knowledge to answer questions. When I booked the tour I misread the title, seeing "Asturias" - which didn't really make sense - whereas the correct word "Austrias" made more sense as it referred to the Habsburgs. As I understand it this is a "free" tour - all you pay for in your booking is the Viator fee - so you may want to pay the guide a decent tip at the end.
Few attractions are visited for the time it lasted, it was almost 3 hours. The guide spoke well about the attractions we saw
