We learned so much history! It was amazing! Henrique was a wonderful guide with lots of energy and good stories!

As well as learning all about the past kings and realms of Madrid we learnt our way around gaining confidence for future exploring

Jean was an outstanding tour guide and made our time in Madrid unforgettable. His knowledge of the city’s history was exceptional, and he explained everything in a way that was both engaging and easy to follow. He did far more than point out landmarks, he masterfully brought Madrid’s development to life by connecting the historical figures, political events, and cultural influences that shaped the city over the centuries.
You could tell he has a genuine passion for history, and his storytelling kept our entire group interested from beginning to end. If you’re looking for a tour that gives you a deeper understanding of Madrid rather than just a list of sights, I can’t recommend Jean highly enough. Thank you for such an informative and memorable experience!
EXCELLENT tour. Freddy was knowledgeable, lots of food tios, fun stories, and excellent tapas recommendations. He showed beautiful picture perfect spots. Loved all the historic tales told.
Freddie was personable, fun and energetic. He had a lot of knowledge and made it engaging and easy to follow. It was a lot of information but manageable! I highly recommend!
We had Freddy as a guide and he was wonderful if you take this trip I’m sure that others are good too, but if possible, ask for Freddy. He was so knowledgeable and very patient with everybody in our group answering everybody’s questions. We never felt hurried and had a wonderful walking tour & learned so much.

Lovely walking tour to get to see the basics of the city center. I am not sure our guide was fully accurate with his historical facts (we googled everything) but he was still nice and friendly

Our Jean was very knowledgeable in Spanish history and a great teacher and storyteller
Took us to see unique places like Botin, Flamenco studio, watch maker and a special shot of cherry liquor from a tiny chocolate cup
Freddy was kind, engaging, welcoming, energized and knowledgeable. Could not have asked for a better experience - PLUS he knew right where the Pope was passing by and we had the opportunity to see him pass by us!

Glen was very knowledgeable & gave us a good overview of Madrids history. The tour was leisurely & not too strenuous . Would thoroughly recommend this for first timers to Madrid.
Our walking tour with Jean was interesting. It was extremely hot at the time and standing in the sun listening to information was not pleasant. We went back to tour the cathedral next to the Royal Palace as the guide told us it was free but we found upon arrival that this was not accurate. Jean was very enthusiastic about his subject.

We were a small group of 3 which made it more personable. We got to know the history of Madrid and great food recommendations. Thank you again Henrique!
Horrible experience. Could not find the guide at the time assigned. He texted me 5 mins prior, and i texted and called multiple times when I could not find him - but no answer. After about 20 mins of searching and calling, I called Viator, and they helped locate him. Apparently, his phone died. I find this unprofessional and unacceptable.
Freddy was our guide of a small group of 6. He shared his vast knowledge of the area and its history while making it fun and interesting. His engaging personality was an added bonus. I highly recommend this tour the day you arrive…. it will help you better understand the layout of the city and the stories behind it.
