Terrible experience. No one showed up.
No customer support. We waited 25 min at the local point and no contact at all.
After calling Viator support they were also unable to contact provider.
Do not recommend! We couldn’t even enter the museum by ourselves.

Guide didn't show up. Waited 30 minutes. Just ended up buying individual tickets with audio guide for 1/4 of the cost and only waited in line for 5 minutes. So, wasted more time waiting for this guide to show up than just going in. They also didn't answer messages sent to them via their messaging app and their 800 number was no longer in service. Just hoping I don't have to fight them to get a proper refund.

I booked a scheduled tour of the Prado Museum and was genuinely looking forward to it, but the experience turned out to be incredibly frustrating. The tour guide never showed up—no message, no update, no explanation. I waited well past the start time with no communication from the company.
To make matters worse, I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve reached out multiple times, and the lack of response has been just as disappointing as the missed tour itself. This was supposed to be a highlight of my trip, but instead it became a stressful and costly inconvenience.
I cannot recommend this tour based on my experience. Reliable communication and basic customer service should be the minimum, and unfortunately, neither was provided.

We were sold tickets to a museum that was CLOSED on the date of the tour. We received ZERO communication from the operator, and stood in the rain at the meeting point for twenty minutes with a
NO-SHOW tour guide. THE WORST. Still have not received any explanation/communication, Needless to say, we will not be paying for this sham. tour.

It’s hard to say much about our experience, other then the fact that the tour guide didn’t turn up. There were quite a few people waiting at the designated time and spot, and we waited around for around 40 minutes - so we were all disappointed when nobody came to give us the tour

This was a nice overview for first time visitors to the Prado. Blanca took very good care of us and her love for the paintings we visited was obvious. She even procured a wheel chair for me so we could go through the museum more quickly. I don’t easily give five stars so don’t be deterred by my four here. It’s a good tour.

Alessandra (spelling?) was awesome! She took us to the most important paintings in depth and gave fantastic explanations. She kindly accommodated my cousin who did not walk well. I highly recommend her. The last time I took a tour we breezed through the museum and not privy to such detailed explanations. I liked this way better. Thank you!

Great tour that covers highlighted pieces of work with great detail, stories, and background. Our guide, Paula, was wonderful!! We felt this was a great way for our family to visit the Prado Museum.

The guiding is about 1 h in the museum.
The skip the line is relative. If you buy your ticket on the internet you have to follow the same ´Line’ for Security as we had to do.

We had a great tour guide that led us through many of the "must see" highlights. You could spend days in the museum and not see it all. Having the "skip the line" option was key. The individual line to get tickets was amazingly long every time we passed by. Definitely would purchase this option.

We didn't expect to enjoy this tour as much as we did. Our guide was excellent. He knew so much about all the artists. He made us so interested in the exhibits we had to purchase a book of Prado art to bring home. Our tour guide woke up a passion for art we didn't know we had.

It was wonderful experience from the Beginning to End. Our English Guide was EVA, she was updated with all the Information about History. She was so good i like her style she was asking questions.
Even i saw she was so good with small Children's.
I suggest if you are in Madrid then please visit Prado Museum.

The guide never showed up at the statue we were told to wait by. We arrived 15 minutes prior and stayed 15 minutes after the noon start time. We called the guide and got a recorded message in Spanish. Noone called us. We want our money back! Please.

Terrible Experience with Satguru tour operators
Our recent tour with satguru was a disaster from start to finish. In all our other tours with Viator the tour guide gives us all the information the day before. We received nothing except the details listed on Viator. On the day of our tour we received a call at 11:56 AM, saying in a rude tone that they were going to leave us even though our tour information clearly stated a 12:00 PM start time with a 10-minute courtesy window.
When I called the operator to find out where the guide was, he simply told me to follow the Google instructions, which only mentioned “statue.” This lack of clarity added to our frustration. At 12:05 PM, when we finally reached the statue the operator referred to, he insisted that we must not be in the right place because his guide was supposedly there.
The museum employee then reiterated that the guide was indeed not at the specified statue. At 12:08 PM, we finally saw the guide, who was hiding in the shade under the trees, walking away. She claimed they had been waiting for 25 minutes, despite it only being 12:08 PM.
The lack of clear communication, the rude attitude of the staff, and the overall disorganization made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend Satguru tour to anyone looking for a professional and well-organized tour. This is a service based business and the derogatory treatment we received with 5 kids and 3 adults in my group showed no patience or compassion. The tour guide then continued giving us an attitude to which I replied that we would just leave the tour and guide ourselves.

Normally we don't interfere with the opinions of our clients, but in this case, and given that your comments are very far from reality, we would simply like to tell you that we called you at 12 because you were not at the meeting point and we wanted to help you.
The instructions and the map are very clear, and 99% of them found it without any problem. After t
your lack of respect when we called you, violent attitude and not letting us talk, and logically, with more people waiting for your fault, of being late, when you finally found the guide, whistling at her and treating her disrespectfully. In fact, you entered and left the group.
Luckily, we always do what we can to help, but there are clients who believe they have the right to be late and treat others badly.
We hope not to have you with us again.

I asked for an English tour. We were added to a Spanish tour so the guide did everything twice and her English wasn’t great. The Spanish speakers got way more info than we did. She also took way too long at paintings. 20 minutes standing at a painting is too long. This is definitely not what I expected.
