The crew was very nice and the water was so calm and relaxing it was definitely a great experience see the bridge that up close. Jack one of the crew members was giving some of his own experience from the area and didn’t realize how deep it was in some areas of the lakes

It was hard to hear any of the history over the sound of the boat noise . I enjoyed going under the bridge but couldn’t hear most of what the captain said .

Hi and thanks for the review. We are sorry to learn you were not able to hear the narrative. We have had to turn up the volume for some of our guests that have a hard time hearing the info. If you come on again please just ask the crew and we would be happy to raise the volume for you.

My kids loved this experience. It was the first time on a boat. The crew was the nicest people. They really made it fun for the kids. Will definitely go again.

Be sure to bring warm clothes or blankets as it gets really cool really quickly. We traveled the week of July 4th!

Getting a glimpse of the bridge from
an entirely different perspective was great. Very disappointed in the narrating provided as we couldn’t hear what was being said most of the time. There is one speaker back in that area and the engine noise completely overwhelms the narration.
The view was beautiful and friendly staff.

Look at cars traveling on the bridge from underneath it. I had a lot of fun when the cruise was making turns, and we were getting splashed with water. We were able to buy drinks on the boat when needed. Everybody seemed to enjoy the cruise. The captain was good at explaining every step of the ride. My children expressed the desire to repeat the experience in the near future.

They gave me a call about an hour before the trip and cancelled it. I wasted that afternoon& evening because it was too late to find a spot in another cruise

Hi and sorry we had to cancel the cruise. Unfortunately some days the weather makes it so we are not able to go out on our cruises. Hopefully we can get you out on another cruise the next time you visit the area
