We had a unique experience! There was a guide in our pod. Arnie was amazing. He was so informative and took great pictures. He was so outgoing and kind. The views were incredible and the amount of time in the pod was sufficient. Highly recommend.

The tour is fine, nice sights to see. The Eye has fantastic views. I’m afraid of heights but the slow rotation really helped quell fears/nausea.

Five stars all around
The pier was easy to find, there was plenty of staff to guide us to the boat. We had a warm welcome on board and Our tour guide Ben was the right mix of informative and lighthearted fun.
The boat is comfortable and clean.
We are a family of 4, 2 adults and two boys, aged six and nine.

The London Eye is a must do, even if you are a local. The views are spectacular. Completely safe, secure and well in.
The cruise was also good, but more a 4/5. The two events together were well worth combining

It's Nice. The thing is that the experience says "chose you language", but there are just English. The boat man, is funny, but sometimes hard to understand. His English is very "Englishman". Nonetheless, was very good.

Horrible experience!No one was at the meeting point guiding us and we got there early time locals had to orient us then, when we finally boarding the boat the tour guide was not in Spanish nor did they provide audios, in Additional the London Eye was closed ! Waste of time and money! Requested our refund.

No one was there at the meeting point to greet us or simply guide us we finally found the boat asking locals then after leaving our guide spoke in English very fast we could not understand. We had booked our tour in Spanish because my friends do not understand English. After finishing the ride which started at 7:45 pm the eye on London ride was already Closed! Thrown away money! We paid over $400.00 for 8 people in exchange for Zero!

Great way to see London. The view from the water is spectacular. The narration from the tour guide was informative. If you sit below or on top, choose the left side to get a great photo of the bridge as the boat turns around

No glitches experience, everything as advertised. Went on a cruise along the river, our guide was fantastic! Engaging, entertaining and informative with good sense of humor. 45 minutes went by in a blink of an eye. The London eye was fun too, great views of the city. Everything was smooth and stress free. I would not hesitate to book this package again!

Could not find the location based on the address. Google Maps kept rerouting and no one I asked that works and lives here bad any idea. Couldn’t get any help from operator. Thankfully when I went to just buy another ticket at the pier, they were able to get me on their tour.

Cruise was fine, but missed specified time. You could do a much better job of communicating exactly where and who to show your ticket to. Found no staff who knew where the “Building” was. They did however efficiently reschedule for the next hour. Skipped the Eye ride due to time restrictions caused by delay.

We did this river cruise our first night in London and it was a perfect way to kick things off and get an intro to the city in a different way. George was so funny and informative, he made the tour perfect.

The boat ride was nice and the guide informative. Upon finishing the tour (about 45 minutes) we walked about a minute over to the “London Eye” and got some great views of the area. I’m a wimp and I don’t like heights or being enclosed, but this was very smooth, and not scary at all.

It was a wonderful experience. I had an amazing view of London from the Thames. The weather was good, and the atmosphere friendly. It was my first and I thoroughly enjoyed it. And our tour guide, Ben, was the best - he made us laugh a lot!

Based on the title of this activity I assumed both the river cruise and London eye were included. However, when I got to the river cruise they informed me that “London Eye” was optional and that I would have to pay an additional fee for it. The pictures and videos of this activity showed the guy doing both activities. Because of the poor choice in words when describing this activity this is definitely misleading. On a positive note, Paul, the guide on the river cruise was funny and courteous.

We did this on our first morning in London. It was so easy to book ahead and the Thames Cruise and and then the London Eye experience were a fantastic way to get our bearings, see and learn about so many London landmarks. Our guide on the cruise was very informative and witty. It was easy to transfer from the cruise straight onto the London Eye. The Eye gives you another fabulous perspective of the city. All staff were very friendly and helpful. So glad we started with this wonderful experience.

The viator app or url would never send me the get ticket link. The attendant standing to assist the guest stated she could not assist since my purchase was with a third party app. However a young lady by the name Lai saw me standing against the wall walked over and asked if she could assist . She went above and beyond to assist . Locating my tickets and shared I didn’t have enough time to attend both the boat and the eye . Then she reschedule my boat ride. She is a true example of customer service . I truly appreciate her.

Don’t be late!! Past two tours we went on waited 15 minutes or even had a late caravan to bring those who missed the bus… due to traffic and an accident we were 4 minutes late for the boat. Not only did they make me pay for a rebooking, they told me to go in the boat first then the eye… had we not asked the man checking vouchers we would have not gotten on the Eye due to closing at 6:00pm. So we had to skip the book we paid for the rebooking fee for!! Non refundable. I think it was unnecessary to be so inconsistent- and I should have allowed 20 extra minutes.
