This was a great tour. Megan was lovely and friendly and really knowledgeable. Great tips for booking London eye etc.
Food was lovey with the team topping up Prosecco throughout the trip and asking if any other food or drinks were needed. Would really recommend this tour. Lovely city views with great food and drinks ☺️

This tour combines several activities. We were there for the tea time. However, the tour was geared towards the wine tour people. We got no information about our food or traditions, but they had a robust overview of every wine and cheese. Not much about the city sites either.

Megan was our guide and Cameron was our driver.
You will start at the bus companies waiting room. It's easy to find, large, air conditioned, and has a toilet. When boarding the bus, mind your head as the stairway and ceiling of the upper deck are very low.
You'll be seated with your food trays ready to consume right in front of you on the table. In the summer there will be a fan on your table. The bus is air conditioned and anytime the bus was moving it worked great, when we were idling it didn't work as well. There is a sunroof in the middle of the upper deck, so if it's a sunny day expect to be in the sun.
Food was really good. They are able to accommodate both gluten free and vegan dietary restrictions. Prosecco was good to. The tour company should look into a way for the champagne glasses to be easily held at the table to allow better photo access.
We had a few others near us that were a bit grouchy when we tried to take photos on their side of the bus, even though we were extremely careful to ensure they were not in our photos.
We had terrible gridlock traffic and ended up arriving back at the meeting point almost 30 minutes late. However, Megan went above and beyond when she knew we were running late to ensure everyone on board didn't have prior time obligations. Plus, Megan provided ice cold water in the beginning when everyone was hot. And the extra prosecco was greatly appreciated while waiting in traffic.
I highly recommend this tour. We will absolutely use this company to book future tours!

The tour was ok, not great. The bus was billed as air conditioned but it was hot- there was a little fan on the table at your seat. Not really enough to keep you cool. The food and tea were below average. I didn’t eat most of it (I had the vegetarian option). The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Would not recommend it.

We weren’t able to take this tour. They canceled our tour twice. Once for a low census on the booking. We rebooked with them for free since they were the ones who canceled. Then they cancelled again two hours before our tour was supposed to start due to maintenance issues

Excellent way to have a nice afternoon tea and Procecco. Excellent food and wonderful tour of the city highlights. Cameron gave an excellent history and tour of the area. James was great with his driving especially as it was afternoon rush hour.... The food and tea was great.

Our guide was fantastic, friendly, engaging, and very knowledgeable about London.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The driving was rough, with constant hard braking and sudden acceleration that nearly sent our food and drinks flying several times. The afternoon tea itself was also very poor, the food tasted stale and unappetizing.
It’s a shame because the guide was excellent, but overall I wouldn’t recommend this experience.

This was a wonderful solo traveler activity. They were able to accommodate my gluten free dietary restriction with a traditional delicious afternoon tea. Megan was our guide and she was so lovely, going above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience in London even once the tour was over.

This experience was initially rescheduled to a later time as there were allegedly not enough customers to fill the 1 pm bus. So we agreed to the 4:30 pm bus tour instead. Although sights of London would not be as visible, we would see holiday lights. Then on same day, 4 hours prior to tour, we were informed that the tour was cancelled due to alleged mechanical issue with the bus that could not be remedied. Very disappointing as this was our first day in London and we were looking forward to the tour.
