- Gluten-free/Vegan pastries not available at The Cellarium. Plant-based milk is available.

It was a really good tour, our guide Peter was knowledgeable, funny, and a great story teller. We got a lot more out of seeing Westminster Abbey on the tour than if we had gone on our own.

Our tour Guide was fabulous, Charlie full of facts abput West Minester Abby , highly recommend. We had a lovely time in the café prior to the tour with the most delicious pastries and tea!

Great way to get an understanding of the history of the Abbey and the significance of the burials there. Loved the Waterford chandeliers and enjoyed story of Queen Mum placing her wedding bouquet on the grave of the unknown soldier. Frank was great to listen too.

We really enjoyed the tour. You start with tea and croissants in the conservatory. We had a very knowledgeable tour director. Nice slow pace with lots of time to take in the amazing details of the Abbey. Arrive early and spend time in the gift dhop

Frank, our guide, is very knowledgeable and did a great job. The coffee/tea service before we began the experience was pleasant. Very easy to identify our group when arriving. Pay the extra for the priority tour instead of being one of the many walking zombies with the head sets.

First , there is no audio device to hear the guide. It is VERY crowded and if any hearing issues it’s difficult to understand. The guide himself was good and easy to understand if you are close and your hearing is good.
Second, I purchased with The Eye option. The eye ticket didn’t “ appear” from Viator. I contacted “ customer service” and was advised to notify the operator when we joined the tour. I did and was told they have no record of the eye ticket. So, I would not say this was worth the $240 I was charged.

When reviewing your voucher, you can see under the Tour Option Description that your booking is for a guided tour of Westminster Abbey only. Had the London Eye been included, this would have been clearly stated.

Very informative - lots of information and a feast for your eyes! Very little places to sit and no restrooms once inside the church so plan accordingly. The history of Westminster is incredible. A MUST SEE!
