Itinerary
Make your own way to Westminster Pier in Central London to board your river boat. Cruises depart roughly every half hour from late morning to early evening.
Find a comfortable seat on the open top deck of the modern vessel. As you cruise up central London's River Thames, listen to your captain's live commentary about the landmarks you pass, or benefit from the multilingual app.
Sail past some of London's most important landmarks, such as the Tower of London, the Globe Theatre, The Shard, the Houses of Parliament, and more. Upon arriving at Tower Bridge, hop off your vessel to continue your explorations (or head to the departure point to board a return boat to Westminster, if the round-trip option is selected).

The sightseeing cruise was a fantastic way to take in the beauty of London from the water. The tour guide was very informative, sharing great facts and stories along the way. The boat itself was clean, comfortable, and easy to navigate. I would absolutely recommend this excursion to anyone visiting the city!

It’s advertised as a tour with a live audio guide but the boat operator whinged over the PA the whole time that they’re not paid to do a live commentary and therefore everyone aboard should tip for the commentary. Why say any of this if (1) it’s a tour and (2) it’s advertised with live commentary. Felt like a money grab!

The tour was narrated by one of the crew, he told us he wasn't a professional tour guide - he was extremely entertaining and in our opinion, he made the tour. Very funny guy.

Very bad experience. On Viator's website, it was said that the cruise would last an hour. Unfortunately, after 27 minutes only (including the 6-7 min lost because we docked at Festival Pier to board other people) the boat arrived at Butler's Wharf Pier and the guy on the boat kicked us out. Our ticket said that our cruise was one-way only at the destination was this point. This means that we paid 92 pounds for a 20 minutes cruise before being yelled to get out in front of everyone. Viator's website was clearly misleading.

We booked a two hour round trip to Greenwich on a sunny afternoon. Once on board and we pulled away from the dock, I went to go get a cold beverage, but I did not have any cash and the concessions were Cash Only. Unfortunately, this made for a very unpleasant journey.
If I had been able to purchase something to drink, the journey would’ve been very nice. We ended up getting off of the boat at Greenwich and taking the underground back to Westminster, wasting the return portion of our ticket.

The tour operator was very rude
Tried to rush us to get in and out of the boat . As we rushed we lost my one year olds shoe.
Also because it was a return tickets I thought we will go to the destination then return back without changing the boat. Unfortunately this was not the case. When we reached our destination we had to get out and get another boat to return causing inconvinience specially being with little ones.

Very good commentary and return trip worked well going to Butler Wharf where we could catch any boat back so had a little coffee and browsing time. Definitely the best way to see some London landmarks at a reasonable price

We travelled Saturday 18th April and it was excellent. Shane, our 'Captain', was fantastic. He has the perfect amount of knowledge, humour and wit. It was our first attraction that morning and it set the tone for the day. Highly recommend.

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids (4 years and 9 years). This was a great trip. It was the perfect amount of time, and our guide was fantastic (I regret not getting his name!) - the perfect balance of wittiness, interesting information/gossip, and history. I think this would be fun for any group, any age. We got to see a lot of the main sights of London and to hear different, interesting tidbits about other sites, and some history about all. There is a bar on the boat as well, with food and drinks for both adults and kids. Just fantastic all around!

I did this with my two teens, one way trip and we all loved it! Saw loads of sites and enjoyed the commentary too. Getting off at Tower Bridge gave us a chance to explore other areas of London on our short trip. Highly recommend!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent afternoon tea cruise experience.
The atmosphere was far from enjoyable — the boat moved very slowly, which could have been fine if the experience itself made up for it. Unfortunately, the crew were aggressive and unwelcoming. We were repeatedly told to sit down, discouraged from taking photos, and moved around in a way that felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.
This completely took away from what should have been a relaxing and memorable experience. Instead, it felt restrictive and poorly managed.
I would appreciate an explanation for this behavior and would expect appropriate compensation for the experience provided.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the way guests are treated onboard.

I think this experience was OK. There was no live commentary which was a bummer. We have taken several river cruises in US and they explain each landmark we pass by. This one was quick and silent and felt like we took public transportation. Good for check mark an item in the list of things to do but I will find another tour that explains what we see.

Only had one free day in London and this helped me cover a lot of ground! Good commentary and sites. Wouldn’t say it’s a must-do, but if you’re on a time crunch and want to see London eye and Tower of London it definitely helps!

Easy embarkation. Clear instructions on PDF. The cruise itself was a great superficial view of the London skyline from the Thames. Staff were kind and courteous. It was a great way to take a more scenic route from Westminster to Southwark.

Had a great tour guide that made the trip very lively! Enjoyed hearing the history of the sites as well as jokes along the way.
This is my first time in the UK and I’m glad I added a boat tour to my list of activities! Would recommend to solo travelers but also saw plenty of couples and families!
Additional:
Booking was very easy and got it the morning of the reservation. I sat on the top of the boat on a bit of a rainy day so it was chilly but still worth it. I would recommend going on a warmer/sunnier day. Was plenty of room to sit on top and inside.

Didn’t realize purchased ticket included a set time. I thought it was good for any boat time. We missed our boat trip. It would’ve been helpful to send a reminder email of the excursion particulars with detailed information concerning the time.
