We had amazing time at the London Eye. I did the champagne experience package for me, my mother and grandmother. The workers were so incredibly kind and accommodating to my grandmother. They escorted her to the lifts and made sure that she had everything that she needed.
The guide that went with us for the champagne experience, AJ, was fun, charismatic, and kind. He really made the experience even more enjoyable.
I was impressed with the kindness and hospitality of the staff.
I would recommend booking the VIP experience if you are going with those who have limited/different mobility, as it gives you access to the fast lane. It was very nice that my grandmother didn’t have to stand and wait in line.

He also took some amazing photos and made the entire experience feel fun, relaxed, and special.
The views were incredible, the champagne added a touch of luxury, and Arnie’s enthusiasm and kindness truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting London. It was one of the highlights of my trip!

Had a really nice time on the London Eye champagne experience. Meghan, our host was lovely and gave just the right amount of information during our ride.
The only slight negative was we had arrived very early to enquire where we needed to go. Although we were given correct information they did not tell us about the Sky Lounge where we could have comfortably waited while purchasing some refreshments / they lost out on some sales. We did find a nice bar fairly close by but it took us a while whereas we would have been happy in the Sky Bar. The Sky bar was where we had to actually meet our host but we didn’t knew that until we checked in and at that point we were told we didn’t have time to purchase a drink. However, overall it was a great experience and the night time views over London, with a glass of champagne in hand, were beautiful.

Finding the ticket location was fast and easy. Waited for guide in a VIP lounge. Guide was AMAZING. The guide was fun, whitty, answered all questions and had great photo tips. Group was very small so it felt like a private pod.

We were directed to the VIP desk, and after checking in, we were invited to wait in the VIP lounge where we enjoyed a cocktail (for purchase) until our host Ellie gathered us together for our flight. She was entertaining and enganging and really added to the fun.

We loved not having to stand in line and our guide, Megan, was simply fantastic! She was so knowledgeable and her personality really shined through with helping people with their photo requests.
We knocked it down a star for the temperature in the cube. We went on 8/11 at 4:30 and my face was just dripping wet the whole time. The ac was blowing a little but it seemed as if it was just stirring the air currents a bit. Unbelievably warm in the cube!

We loved the personal touch that this experience gave us. When we booked we were focusing on the added touch of the champagne while viewing the sites of London - but the real value was in our host who was a great “guide” (and really skilled photographer as well!). Best way to get on the Eye. They start you in a private bar area where you meet your host. You are then sent into the private line with only a few people to start your trip up. Diana our host was excellent: knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend doing the Eye this way!!

You check in at the VIP experience desk and you get directed to a VIP lounge where you can wait and order drinks if you want. You get the skip the line experience… we were take by our guide straight up and on. She has a case that folds out and she serves the champagne chilled during the ride. You get one glass (totally enough for the 30 minute ride) but you can purchase more if you want. The guide Holly-Grace was personable and she took pictures, pointed out the best angles and height to do so, and pointed out the scenery with a little bit of history. Worth the cost, would do it again!

Tried to contact the tour provider directly through the Viator booking with no response. Called the help line to let them know our train had been delayed for 44min from Paris to try and change the booking. The help line was great they tried to call and email the tour provider to change our booking until the next night if possible and we have received no response. Disappointed that there is no follow up on this request at all even to say we couldn’t switch. The train delay was out of our control.
