We actually got out timings wrong, so were unable to travel. I dropped an email to ViaTor a couple of days letter and they issued a full refund, no questions asked. Incredible customer service.
Really interesting commentary, nice and warm on the boat.. Very helpful staff as my mum is in a wheelchair.
We were told there was a ramp onto the boat but there wasn’t. Mum had to get out of her wheelchair and be helped up steps. It was a bit tricky but the boatman was really helpful

Pay less by buying direct at the admissions desk, would have been half the price. Get to see the sights but wouldn't say its worth it.
Rushed and too busy experience that overpaid for. 1/2 price tickets available at the kiosk. Boat has seen better days.

Boarded at Greenwich and went to Westminster and back. It was a lovely leisurely trip on a Summer’s day. Cost was reasonable and plenty to do and see on the Southbank. Crew pointed out places of historical interest along the journey.
Very pleasant trip. Even as a born and bred Londoner I found it interesting and informative.

Was a really fun and family friendly, I would recommend it again when we are back in London.

I think the cruise was okay. If it wasn't for the live commentary, I don't think I would've really enjoyed it at all. Tip for management: the gentleman who did the live commentary asked for tips at the end of the trip. Most people don't carry cash, so if the cruise people do want to get tipped I would suggest getting a card machine whereby people can tip you.
I booked a return from Greenwich pier.
But when we got to westminister … we were told that the cruise will stop at a little further down.
I paid for a return for my entire family- 2 adults and 3 kids.
We then had to take a taxi back to our car at Greenwich. Totally disappointed!
It was a nice trip, seeing the landmarks on the river.
There were two issues, when I booked it said ‘return’ which meant we were expecting to go back to Greenwich but it didn’t.
Also they only accepted cash for purchasing drinks which wasn’t mentioned in the info when booked. We were lucky we had cash on us!

Greenwich pier. Our booking was 3.30pm departure, once we got to Westminster we were informed they were not going back that far, so be careful when booking. The boat was excellent thou.

The trip was unfortunately spoilt by not having the return trip we’d paid for. I booked online, and selected the time of the outward journey from the times on offer. The outward journey was very enjoyable, but when we arrived at Westminster, we were told that the boat we were travelling on wasn’t returning to Greenwich, and we’d missed the last boat back for the return journey! We then had to pay an additional £10.70 each for the return journey by the Uber river boat with a large number of other passengers - we’d been trying to avoid this because of Covid-19, and I work with a vulnerable person. This meant that the trip overall proved to be extremely stressful. To be honest, I feel we are owed an apology and some reimbursement for the return journey we paid for but didn’t get.
