I would love to write a glowing review but I simply can't. That is because our tour did not happen. Upon arriving in London for our layover tour we were informed that our guide was sick and a refund would be issued. No contingency plan or second option. I'm appreciative for the refund but would have rather seen a bit of the city we planned a 14hr layover to see.
