Meet your host in central London at the Euston War Memorial and travel by train to the Warner Bros. Studios in Watford. You can take the guided small-group tour of Warner Bros. Studio Tour London — The Making of Harry Potter™, or choose entry tickets only if you'd rather explore on your own.
The guided tour runs around four hours, including a break to find food or browse souvenirs. It opens with a short film before you step into the Great Hall set, then continues along Diagon Alley's cobblestones and past a recreation of Platform 9¾, where you can pose with a luggage trolley set into the platform wall. Other Hogwarts sets on the route include the Potions classroom and the Gryffindor common room.
After the tour, return to London using your round-trip train tickets, or explore more.

So you will have two tour guides on this. Our first guide was slightly late, but she went above-and-beyond to ensure we all knew how we'd get back.
Once we were on the tour, our guide Galyna was amazing-she was super enthusiastic & engaged, and made a point of ensuring we got to see the parts of Harry Potter that WE asked for...favorite characters, favorite spots, lots of picture opps, all above-and-beyond, and then she got us back into the tour so we could continue to go at our own pace. Would recommend, even with it being pretty expensive.
Not a private tour as others just joined in all the time. Also, this tour does not help with lines or getting in to things quicker.
Tour guide was very nice , had a wonderful experience . A guide lead us from the bus station to the train to the studio.
This was such a great tour!
Being met at the train station by Joe, and having him get the tickets and guide us to the train, and then the bus was a huge help.
At the tour itself- Troy was a fantastic guide, and the extra knowledge that he added along the way really enhanced the experience.
The small group size was great. Highly recommended!
I got sick in middle of night with diverticulitis flare up and had fo go to doctor in the morning so I couldnt make the trip. The next morning I was emailed the guide never showed up to meet group at check point over and hour away from Harry Potter Studio. They told guest they were sorry for the inconvenience and they needed to get their own transportation and they would reimburse them (on the morning of the trip). So due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel and Viator who subcontracted the tour through City Works wouldn't refund or issue a credit. But it is ok for them not to have a guide at check point morning of trip. Because its ok for the tour company to have a last minute emergency and not show up but not for the customer to have an emergency. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL.

Fully guided tour was more expensive than booking and doing everything yourself. But, we found it very worthwhile starting with guide Saverio from City Wonders meeting us just outside Euston station, ensuring we got to Warner Bros studios by train/bus then meeting with our Harry Potter guide Lillian (small group of 6) The fully guided tour with Lillian was enjoyable as she explained about the movies filmed at the studio, showing us some little snippets behind the scenes, even giving us some fast tracks to bypass queues. Overall a great 4 hours tour plus longer if you want at Harry Potter which is a must do if you have watched any of the Harry Potter movies.
The tour fills in a lot of unknown questions and being allowed to tour again allows you to see anything you missed the first time
Worth every penny. A must for every HP fan. I went with my 33 year old daughter who grew up with HP and we had the BEST TIME EVER. Our guide was perfect and made the experience even better 🥰
Nice tour with our kids and family. The tour guide met us and got us to the location where the tour guide spent hours describing all the items.
Josh was AMAZING! We were there on 7.15.26 and he was so knowledgeable, funny, and we learned so much about the movie, making the movie, and secrets!!! You must try the butterbeer!!!

If you like Harry Potter, you will love it. If you know little about Harry Potter, you will be amazed.
The tour itself is really long about four hours once you get to the museum. My husband is super into Harry Potter, but I am only a milder fan. It worked out though because I was able to find a bench and look at my phone once I got overwhelmed with the detail. It was very enjoyable, however, and really a great experience.
Great tour! Even for non-Harry Potter fans, it is a good tour. You will gain an appreciation for how films like this are made.
There is no need to book a tour, as all the guide did was get us to the train and the bus (which is pretty easy) and then drops you at the entrance to walk the place yourself. Cheaper to buy you own tickets and enjoy the day. And bring your own food for lunch.

He made the whole experience special for my daughter and was very helpful.
The guide who helped us reach the studio also made sure we all were comfortable and was super sweet and helpful

Nirvana for Potter fans. I took my son and his family after visiting twice before. Seeing the excitement in my grandchilden's faces was priceless.
I am disgusted by the tour operator. First off they kept trying to get me off the VIATOR app and use their direct app and that doesn’t work for me as I’ve been burned in the past. Next every time I tried to communicate in text I would get a catch all auto response and no real answers or communication. Then I was running 5 minutes behind and they called me and told me I was to be there at 11:50 not 12:05 and they were leaving and too bad I was responsible for being there. I understand yes but things happen and I very much kept trying to communicate but no response. Lastly I called them back and the guy told me that I was talking to loud and and he would just hang up how would I like that. Look at my bookings. I’ve never given a negative review. This needs your attention! In the end I paid an extra 300 dollars to get to the tour and back. Unacceptable and I want something done about this. Thank you

This is why our vouchers clearly state the exact meeting address, location details, and directions to help guests arrive on time. While our team always aims to be as accommodating as possible, tours must begin promptly out of respect for all guests and due to the strict timed-entry restrictions attached to venue tickets. Unfortunately, guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, and missed tours or expired tickets are non-refundable.
We do, however, offer the possibility to reschedule, subject to availability and a small rebooking fee. Regarding the app, it is provided simply to facilitate communication between customer service, guides, and tour participants, and we are sorry if you experienced difficulties using it.
It was a great experience. I will definitely do it again. The guide in the Harry Porter explain everything so good. The young gentleman thst took us to the place did great. He provide me with info about london. An answer my questions.
We really were wowed by our trip to the studio. As a fan of Harry Potter, it was an opportunity to open your imagination and be a part of the experience. Our guide Jacob was full of stories and information making our time with him very enjoyable. He recommended the butterbeer ice cream and it was delicious! Seeing where the magic happened left us wanting more!!!!

Really fun and interesting tour. I would recommend that the tour company do a better job of identifying the meeting spot at the beginning, however. A map would have been nice. It was a challenge finding it.
Craig our tour guide was awesome at the studios, as well as everyone from City Wonders and the studios. The tour gives you fun details from the HP movies that no other tour at the WB Studios does.
If you want a full experience with lots of information about the making of all the films, then this is for you. We loved it.
The Harry Potter studios is a must do for a fan, but this guided tour isn’t necessary. The trip there from London was very smooth and easy. Guide met us on time and gave us our train tickets and made sure we arrived to the studios without any issue. But we were early for our tour guide and had to wait an hour to start. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and did a fine job, but she was not tall, didn’t have a loud speaking voice and was very difficult to follow and hear. The studios are very busy with lots of people and noise and they rent audio tours which I think would be much easier to follow. The other issue is the guide runs you through their selected highlights and then you have time after the tour to go back and spend as much time as you want on your own. We only experienced a small fraction on the tour and didn’t have much time to take photos or ask questions. Our tour lasted about 4hrs with a break for lunch along with the hour wait for guide and travel time, we were already 6hrs in before we had a chance to go back through and see all the things we missed. The return back to London is on your own. You are given your return train ticket but ours didn’t work since we returned during “peak” hours and our ticket didn’t cover that. We were able to have that fixed by station attendant but again would have been easier to just purchase on our own. If you feel more comfortable with a guide then this tour will be appreciated. However, if you are looking to maximize your time and feel comfortable getting on a train yourself and renting an audio tour, then I would skip this one.
