Honestly it was just too cold after the rain and he probably spent close to 40 minutes talking politics and his opinion on modern medicine. Just unnecessary and made the tour longer than it should have been. We did a tour before yard ago and just had a much better experience

Obviously there are no conclusive facts re these murders so the tour very much down to the guide’s own thoughts and interpretations which at times felt a bit out of line. Guide spoke very fast and a a volume not adequate enough to reach entire group, especially if street noise increased.

The experience was good, although our guide spoke very, very fast. We missed a lot of details and he didn’t really take into consideration that we were foreigners. Our English level is great, but it was very hard to keep up. Even the American tourists who were with us had a hard time understanding/keeping up because he spoke so fast and almost “scripted”. The information was great and our guide was sweet. But the experience would have been a lot better, if our guide had taken into consideration that we were a lot of people with issues keeping up with his rapid speaking.

It was a very fun night of learning a lot of interesting facts about the Jack the Ripper murders mixed with a walk around one of London’s neighborhood old neighborhoods. I definitely recommend this tour!

Traveled to the meeting point but no guide arrived. Myself and others waited 20 minutes then contacted Viator who said the guide was sick. No attempt hsd been made to contact us to inform us of this. Two days later still no refund although this has been requested. Money and precious time in Londonn waisted. Very unhappy.

The tour guide, Antonio, was a self-promoter who spent much of the time talking about himself. Frankly, I’m still not sure what happened surrounding the Jack the Ripper murders. I am more confused by taking this tour.

Quite confusing the way it was explained and the order we walked around. A lot of walking which should be explained when booking as it’s not suitable to anyone who struggles to walk distances.
