I tried to change dates and ye charged me for the wrong day!! So paid for nothing. So disappointed we aren’t in London till tomorrow.

TopView has no stop near Euston Station in London UK. Their customer service rep we spoke to told us we needed to pay for public transportation to go half way across the city to our closest stop. All the other Hop on Hop off companies had a stop at Euston. We ended up buying 6 new passes with another company. Later we finally found a topview bus and told their employee on the ground who said we could get a refund. We could not. They refused saying all sales are final and offered us 6 passes which we cannot use in the next 12 months. I even asked for a 50% refund and they refused. Will not recommend TopView to anybody.

TopView did not give you their specific operating hours. They should be able to give you that information on a daily basis. We wasted time waiting for the bus that was no longer in operation. We are on vacation, traveled from the US and wanted to make the most of our time in London.

This bus line is THE HARDEST to find! They finish earlier than any other bus group, and are exceptionally rude! Do NOT use Top View! Use only BigBus, Golden Tours or any other than Top View! I wish I could get my $$ back!!! We ended up using a taxi to get around, or walking- because we could not ever find a pick up spot. Their website and maps are terrible and inaccurate, as well!

The link sent to get the tickets never worked. It just kept telling me I had no bookings both in my account and the app. The help feature would not allow me to type anything, I tried several times over several hours. We ended up going with a different tour company. AFTER the date of my booking, it finally showed up in my account and I was able to ask for a refund.

If you want to see the town this is the way to go. The stops were perfect and we got to see almost everything.

Purchased hop on/hop off in London for 5 adults on Saturday, May 17th. Buses were scheduled to run until 6:00, however the stops did not have regular pick ups. One driver stopped after we chased the bus to tell me his bus was full near Westminster Abbey (only about 6 passengers on board) and to wait or go to next stop. Buses were transporting protestors and not paying customers. We walked to Buckingham Palace to get on a bus that was going to be decommissioned at Victoria and told another bus would take us on our journey. Upon arrival we were asked to get off and find our way as the last bus had departed. We then had to pay additional fees to ride the tube back to our hotel destination. I would like to have a refund for the inability to use the tour service as planned. Very disappointed with the customer service and wasted money to have a good day in London. Instead I had to pay more money to get from place to place or walk the route.

Buses need to be cleaned more often in between rides. Bus stops need to be labeled better so that they can be found easier

Dont hire top view. Hire any other tour buses company. Top view have very few buses and there are long waiting to hop on.
