Very unprofessional service. The desk lady didn't care at all about helping to find the place of departure. She then totally denied her mistake when i complained about missing the departure as i was standing right in front of the desk. I dont recommend this company.

It was a very nice experience, we didn’t get to see the dolphins but the cruise staff was very friendly and there were complimentary drinks onboard as welll :)

There was not much memorable other than meeting people from various counties. We just cruised around looking for dolphins. There also was the Marine Biologist that went missing, tour read "A marine biologist will be on board to give you all the information you need about these incredible creatures."

Booked a Rib cruise as per picture on Viator advising dolphin watching. Only to be told that is the wrong picture and then hoarded like cattle on a rammed boat which we declined.

We were lucky enough to find dolphins and follow them for a long time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We found there wasn't a lot of info so hoping this helps.
Because we were a smaller group we went out on the 12-meter speed boat. The staff explained this when we turned up, and checked we were ok with this but a no would just have meant we weren't going. The small boat means you sit one behind another with a seat between your legs, although when the boat stops to look at the dolphins you can stand a little please be aware if you are not agile enough to get your leg over the small gap between backs of seats or if you have back problems, sitting like this may be difficult.
This is not a tour, as in there is no announcing of sites along the river or telling you about the dolphins once you are on the boat, it is a look-and-see adventure. You get a life jacket, climb onto a boat with the one leg either side of your seat and go down the river to the sea, they do their very best to spot Dolphins, you enjoy the dolphins and they try and keep with them/ find more, you travel back on the boat down the river.
It's very worth it, absolutely stunning. The boat ride was great, and safe and cut through wakes where a bigger boat would have bobbed back and forth. I really really recommend it.

Amazing experience but go prepared as we went in march and it was very cold out to sea even though weather was mild on land. We saw lots of dolphins and the tour staff were very good. Also the boat experience itself is good and you see landmarks on the journey. Took one star of only due to the fact the chairs on the boat were very uncomfortable and we were in pain towards the end of the session.

Click bait Tour...Giretto in barca prestabilito ma non con finalità di vedere i delfini in primis se capitavano nel tour che fanno sempre bene sennò ciccia..la barca non era una barca da 20 persone come stava scritto ma una bagnarola da 100 persone lenta e precaria. ho prenotato in spagnolo il tour ma hanno parlato in inglese portoghese e francese e pure male molto svogliatamente dando informazioni basic di alcuni monumenti cose che però chiunque stia facendo un viaggio a lisbona già sa perché appunto info base e nulla più. Le bevande erano gratis l'unica cosa positiva ma ci mancherebbe con 35 euro. Classico giro turistico fotti turista.

Perfekte Tour, haben jede Menge Delphine in der Bucht gesehen. Der Kapitän ist immer den Delphinen hinterher, hat gestoppt wenn sie nahe waren. Besser ging es nicht. Getränke auf dem Schiff alle umsonst👍👍👍👍

Ver la Ciudad de Lisboa desde otro punto de vista, me encantó.
Por supuesto el personal que trabaja en el barco es excelentes, explicando en varios idiomas y super amables por donde quiera que fuéramos.
También muy atentos con la seguridad.
