Please add your preferred time in the "Special Requirements" box at checkout. Once your reservation is confirmed, please contact the chapel at the phone number on your ticket to confirm your ceremony time.

Do you offer commitment ceremonies in addition to legal weddings?

Absolutely! If you would like a commitment ceremony that is not legally binding, you will not require a marriage license.

Do you perform same-sex ceremonies?

Yes, same-sex ceremonies are legal in Nevada and are available.

Do I have to get a marriage license before the wedding ceremony?

Yes - you'll need a marriage license from the Marriage Bureau prior to a legal ceremony. The cost is $102 cash, and you will need one form of ID (driver's license, passport, or birth certificate.) There are no blood tests or waiting periods.

Where can I get a marriage license?

Las Vegas Marriage Bureau is located at 201 Clark Ave. Las Vegas, Nevada 89155. They are open from 8:00 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week.

Can I get my marriage license online?

Do you offer transportation to the Marriage Bureau to get my marriage license?

While it is always better to get your marriage license ahead of time, you may request to be driven to pick it up, based on availability. If you would like this service, please add your request in the "Special Requirements" box at checkout.

Can I get married without a marriage license?

You can have a ceremony without a marriage license, however, it would not be a legal ceremony and you will not be legally married after. If you wish to be legally married, a marriage license is required.

Can I use a marriage license issued in a state other than Nevada?

If you are getting married in Las Vegas, you will need a marriage license issued by the state of Nevada.

What are the legal requirements to get married in Nevada?

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, not nearer of kin than 2nd cousins or cousins of half-blood, and not have a living spouse. Applicants may be required to prove their age. Social Security Numbers are required on the Affidavit of Application.

Are there additional requirements for non-US citizens to get married in Nevada?

Requirements for U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens are the same. It is suggested that non-U.S. citizens check with their local officials for special documents that may be needed to ensure that your marriage will be recognized in your country.

Do you offer both religious and civil ceremonies?

Yes - Ministers can perform a religious, civil, or catholic (non-Roman catholic) service. Please specify your desired ceremony type in the "Special Requirements" box at checkout.

Absolutely! Please add your preferred rose type and color in the "Special Requirements" box at checkout. Rose type options include fresh or silk. Rose color options include white, red, pink, or peach.

What options do I have for music during the ceremony?

All traditional ceremonies include Mendelssohn's Wedding March. For the "Elvis" option, Elvis will select and sing three songs.

Can I choose which songs Elvis sings if I select the "Elvis" option?

If you select the "Elvis" package, Elvis will select and sing 3 songs. You may make requests for specific songs, however, requests cannot be guaranteed.

How do I arrange the limo service for my Las Vegas Wedding at A Special Memory Wedding Chapel?

Once your reservation is confirmed, contact the Chapel directly at the phone number on your ticket to coordinate your limo service pickup and dropoff.

When will I receive my wedding photos?

All photos are taken digitally. Photos are edited & digitally emailed to you within 48 hours of your ceremony.

Can I take my own photos/video during the ceremony?

Unfortunately, the chapel does not allow photos/video taken inside the chapel since that is where the photographer provides services, but you are more than welcome to take your own photos/video outside the chapel, in the courtyard.

When will I receive my marriage certificate?

After your ceremony, you will take home a keepsake marriage certificate. This copy is more of a souvenir copy. The official marriage certificate is ordered through the Clark County Recorder's Office and can be done online.

Where do I order an official copy of my marriage certificate?

Can I get an expedited copy of my marriage certificate?

It was ok I guess if I would of known that as soon as you do your vows and take pictures they kick you out and tell you that you need to wait outside for your driver to get back which took about 20 mins. And the whole time I was worried about the birds pooping on me. The driver was honestly the nicest man ever. Probably one of the only good thing about the experience. And they don't tell you the 4 pics you pay for in the package are from the beginning of the wedding. And you have to pay 75 a picture for any of the good ones they take after you say I do. Wasn't really a good experience at all for my special day

Communication was difficult as we were travelling with ESim data only. Driver was late to pick us up, we received a message from driver as us to meet at another location rather then our arranged location which was not possible. Considering we had to bring our requested time forward 4 hours at their request to then ask us to move pick up location was not happening. The limo we were picked up in was in a very ooor condition and to be honest very disappointing. The driver on pick up’s driving was radical to say the least. Experience at the chapel was good and the Elvis experience was great fun. Different driver to take us back, he was excellent in a more update limo which was a little nicer. Given the vehicles we were transported in and the age and quality of the vehicles not sure that was good value for money.

It really was an unforgettable day for us. Even the pick up by the Limousine driver Joe was delightful. The minister was very nice and found some empathic words. Also the the photographer was a beautiful young Lady, who made us laugh a lot. Altogether was it a wonderful ceremony to renew our wedding vows. But there is a little bad impression left: the extra taken photos, which were very beautiful, had a ridiculous price - especially compared to the costs of the wedding. It was a pity…

We booked this wedding experience to revive our vows for our 25 th anniversary all the way from. New Delhi India .it was our dream .To start with the limo for our pick up was extremely old ,with chipped paint and torn inside with no air con . We boiled in our way to the church . When we reached the ceremony took place .The minister was great and knew his job well . The staff was uncooperative to click pictures for us when we asked them they had a face on. Me and my hubby kept clicking pictures for each other . As a part of the package we were promised 8 ceremony photos . After the ceremony the photographers said that that he would email them to us . We have not received them till date . That was our main memory . In spite of following up with 10 emails atleast request ing him to send the pictures they never came . Really sad as we have no memories from our wedding day after having paid the money for the experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone . Please think twice before you book .

A limo was supposed to pick us up, but an SUV came. We were really looking forward to the limo and that's why we had the wedding with them. My three children were coming with us. They told me that the limo wasn't coming because of the high temperatures, which doesn't make any sense. I feel cheated.

Good experience but bad surprise

Very good experience, very pleasant and funny, BUT the support was very limited. I had booked for 6 PM as the time was available on the website. The day before, the staff at La Chapelle informed me that we had to move it to 5 PM because the 6 PM slot had apparently been reserved since January (I booked on Sunday for Tuesday, so fine). It would be helpful to keep the website updated, especially since several times of the day were marked as reserved. No apologies or inquiries if the new time suited us. We arrived at the pick-up location for the limousine 21 minutes late, as the new time was a bit tight for us. As a result, upon arrival at the chapel, we were asked for an additional $200 due to the delay. Very clever of them to spoil the occasion like that. Compensation for a delay is normal, but such an excessive and significant amount is synonymous with a scam. Additionally, the requested language of the officiant was not respected, without prior notice. The live Zoom broadcast of the ceremony, as indicated in the package, was not offered. The moment remained enjoyable because we were with friends, but the event staff could have ruined everything. I also had to remind them twice that they needed to send me the video of the ceremony and again about a week later to inform them they hadn't sent the photos included in the package. In the end, we only received 10 out of 12 photos, and after pointing this out, they resent 12 photos, including 2 duplicates in black and white! It's a shame, I can still see that they are the same photos, and I know how to apply a black-and-white filter myself. The positive points: The limousine driver and the officiant were very kind (Note that they are to be paid in cash on the day of the ceremony in addition to the total price of the ceremony). The staff is still responsive on WhatsApp (except for refunds of the photos, where you have to wait more than a month, of course).

Working with them was a breeze. We were offered Limo pick up service from our hotel, the Limo was clean and on time. The building was nice. The ceremony rooms were beautiful. I went for a cheaper package, we got a 3 rose bouquet and a boutonnière, as well as 8 photos of choice from my CEREMONY, it was an additional $75 per photo starting immediately after we “walked” back down the isle. I didn’t know that and we took quite a few photos outside and with my 2 guest. And no phones were allowed for video or pictures once we walked into the ceremony room. The ceremony itself was VERY fast. Less than 10 minutes, we had an option to saw our own vows, but opted to have the Pastor keep it generic. They did have a dressing room, but I didn’t use it. Other than the posed photo price, Great Venue, Great Price. Great Staff.
