Horrible! Booked this “experience” as a surprise for my wife for her birthday. We requested a hotel pickup. The time for pickup came and went. I reached out via the app and no one responded. I called the number listed and it was disconnected. Thankfully, Viator is legit and is issuing me a full refund.
