This was the highlight of our trip !! It was on my son's birthday and this was the PERFECT experience! From the owner to her daughter with EXCELLENT customer service and I don't know where to start with the DJ and Drivers they were the freaking party !! I recommend 10000/10!Thank you for a great time!

The trip was canceled without notifying the guests. It was a 25 minute drive to the meeting place and no one was there. The business was closed 10 minutes prior to the start time.

We want to clarify that the we were open at the scheduled time and the ride was not cancelled on our end, and Viator had been notified that we were operating as planned. Unfortunately, the front gate was accidentally locked due to the automatic locking feature.
The studio lights were on and the Open sign was visible, but we understand how this created confusion. We received the cancellation notice from Viator and immediately made them aware of the situation.
We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to address this. Give us a call at our main line so we can make it right. 832-736-0639

We booked this tour with high hopes, but unfortunately we were unable to complete it due to extreme rain. The conditions made it unsafe and not enjoyable. While I understand that weather is out of anyone’s control, there was no clear communication or accommodation offered in light of the circumstances. For the cost of the tour, I would have expected either a refund or the option to reschedule, but neither was provided.
Very disappointing experience overall. I hope the company improves how they handle situations like this in the future so that guests don’t feel like they’ve wasted both time and money.

I’m very upset, I had family here for the weekend. We was all set ready to go when they cancel literally a hour before pick up. I understand things happen but I also feel they knew ahead of time if they were having issues with their truck. Very disappointed
