- Tram Tours at the Space Center are subject to availability determined by NASA dependent on seasonal & staffing factors.
- The NASA Historic Mission Control tram tour included with this package is non-refundable and can be cancelled by NASA due to inclement weather. to arrive on time may result in a postponed tour subject to tour availability or an abandoned tour if we do not hear from you in advance of the scheduled start time.
- Children below age of 6 are welcome to join but require their own valid ticket.
- Upon purchase, you will receive the tram boarding tickets via email & text message/whatsapp as applicable.
- In the event of bad weather, travelers may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion. Water, electronics, small packaged snacks, and backpacks are generally permitted inside the Space Center.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

Although very quick as was advertised, the city tour was very informative. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

The Nasa trip was worthwhile but viator provided the wrong pick up
Address in conflict with the message from the provider very confusing
The city tour was not really a high point driving through masses of city buildings listening to a mon stop monologue of "huston exceptionalism" which could do with a little fact checking
I also do not like a driver playing with her phoneas we drive

To future guests: We will never understand why some travelers choose to act disrespectful and miserable while on vacation. Our staff handled this situation with professionalism and patience. That said, we have a clear policy — any guest who behaves in a rude or inappropriate manner will not be permitted to board our shuttles or participate in our tours. Guests are never allowed to yell at or speak disrespectfully to our drivers for any reason.
This particular individual arrived with a poor attitude and attempted to disrupt the experience for others on tour. They even tried to challenge one of our most experienced guides, who also serves in a leadership role with the Houston tourism board. We can confidently assure everyone that no member of our team would ever be “playing on their phone” during a tour.
We regret having to take time to address false claims, but we remain committed to ensuring that every guest enjoys a respectful, safe, and positive experience during their visit to Houston.

Vanessa was amazing with the city tour. We saw the best of Houston and were left with great tips of how to get about to different places of interest and great restaurants etc for meals.
Louis was a safe confident driver to the space centre with helpful tips on how to tackle the centre to achieve maximum coverage of all the displays and tours on offer there.
A great day had by our small group and some lovely photo memories thanks to Vanessa’s camera skills
