- Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, or sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

Had a fantastic time. Megan our guide was friendly and knowledgeable which made the experience over the top. The lower river is great for first time rafters children and seniors.

This is the 2nd time we did this. The first time was 5 years ago. Our guide TJ was spectacular. This is a must do when you go to Pigeon Forge. The veiws are breath taking.

My family and I enjoyed it so much! Would love to come back and try the Upper Pigeon experience. next time. Preston was our awesome guide, he was kind, knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions that we had about the Pigeon River. My kids, 15 & 10 along with my husband enjoyed the whole experience very much, it was one of our favorite and most memorable part of our vacation!

Our "CAPTAIN" Lindsey was the BEST. She treated our group with utmost knowledge. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous. We saw her working beyond her capacity loading rafts onto the bus. All the kudos to Lindsey.

We were 16, 12 of us choose the lower level and 4 the higher one, the younges one is 8 and the oldes 69 We all enjoy so much that we wanted to do it again as soon as possible the kids took a swim in two of the places that they can do it it was relaxing enjoyable and nice all the way in and out even at the end that rain was beautiful

Our trip Guide, Dean, was awsome. It was my families first ever white water rafting trip and I would highly Recommend Dean and Smoky Mountain Outfitters. It was Awsome all the way around with a capital A. If I lived closer, I would go at least once a month. Or more. Fun, fun, fun and white water rapids..
