Our tour guide Katie was very helpful and informative. It was my first time kayaking, and it was a fun experience! Even though it was pretty windy and we did not get to go into the caves, I would still highly recommend it.

Beautiful day and good tour guid. Scenery was beautiful. Very organized and interesting facts about the state park
Our cave kayaking experience was absolutely perfect!!!! Katie was ao knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We loved talking with her as we paddled. Our trip was rescheduled from the previous day because the lake was very choppy on our scheduled day. That was a terrific call. Today was gorgeous and the paddling was so easy! We got to paddle into the caves and inlets easily. It was a perfect day!! Thank you so much.
Fabulous time kayaking along the bluffs to the sea caves. It was calm enough to go in the bigger one. So beautiful. Our guide gave us some great history and info along the way.
Well run operation. Very enjoyable experience in calm water. I would not try it on a particularly windy day. It is a bit of effort. Great guides.
This was such a great company to work with. We had some rough weather and they were extremely communicative and flexible. Our actual trip was great, the guide was knowledgeable, and the views were beautiful! We will definitely be doing it next time we are in Door County!
Its harder than it looks. We capsized a short distance from shore. The tour guide was very supportive and helpful. She got us back up and we started again but it proved to be just to wavy and challenging so we had to turn back. Great experience just not for us.
Beautiful scenery and our tour guide Annie was great. The length of the trip was just right and group size was small.
Overall good experience and caves were cool to see. The tour guide we had wasn’t the best. Not personable and didn’t interact with us much at all. Was behind our group the entire time and didn’t provide any information on the area or what we were seeing. A nice adventure if you enjoy kayaking and can do it on your own
Very nice are guide Ellis was awesome she was from Michigan very knowledgeable on the great lakes and the shores of East and West of lake Michigan. She also has a very interesting history her self which was interesting to are girls
Perfect ration of fun:paddle! Our guide and the gal in the “office” were patient and fun. Beautiful clear water and scenery.
My family had a great time kayaking out to Cave Point with our guide, Annie! She was friendly, fun, and knowledgeable! The tour offered plenty of kayaking, a picture of us at the caves, and answers to any questions we had! Thanks, Annie!!
I took a 2 hour tour with Annie from Penninsula Kayak Company on Sunday, July 12, 2026 and it was fantastic! Annie was energetic, knowledgeable about the local area, gave great instructions, and mindful of our safety. I felt totally safe the whole time. The waters were choppy and I tired out quickly. Annie tugged me to help me navigate through the rough waters. Highly recommend to both beginners and experienced paddlers!
We had a great time on the Wetland Tours, we had originally booked the Cave Point Tours, but weather prohibited us from going, but they were very accommodating and switched us right away to another tour.
The cave kayaking was so fun and a very cool experience. There is quite a distance from the starting point to the caves, but it was doable and good exercise. Our tour guide Gordon was very engaging and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this experience and company.
Loved the caves and the kayaking! Brooke was an awesome tour guide! Thanks Brooke; we will do this again!
We really enjoyed this activity. The lake is so clear, and the scenery is lovely. There are just two caves, both very small, but the whole ride is scenic.
Brooke was a warm and wonderful guide.
Great kayak experience. Water guns made it so much fun and kept us cool on a 90 degree day. View along the shoreline and cave was beautiful
Our host, Egg, made the experience fun, informative & low key. The cave is cool; we enjoyed the time outside on the lake; great practice paddling in sync. Would do it again!
Annie was an awesome tour guide and very friendly! We had a wonderful time and our 5 year old had a blast! Definitely recommend!
Addy was awesome. She made the trip really special! My whole family loved it. She even brought water guns for the kids to add a little bit of extra fun!
The tour was great. Conditions were perfect that day on the lake. Our guide was so fun and knowledgeable.
so much fun our tour guide Addie was awesome she made it such a great experience. Thanks for the amazing time loved learning the history of the water, caves and all of it
It’s worth it, very good tour, good work out, water was very calm it first then got a little rough, it was a good experience
I had a great time. This was very relaxing and beautiful adventure. Water was so calm and peaceful and the tour guide was great. Be prepared to get a little wet though from the paddling. Would suggest a swim suit and sunscreen.
Very fun. We had a good guide who did a good job talking and the cave was very cool. And the experience was unique
Very fun. And a great guide who helped with pictures and knew some great facts about the water .Also be prepared to be a bit butt sore if this is something new
Very fun way to experience the water and beauty of door county. Convenient location and easy access. Guide was top-notch!
It was awesome. The caves were worth kayaking. My partner and I enjoyed the kayaking. The guide was very helpful and supporting
Everything from making the reservation, check-in, and the paddling tour was very easy and a very enjoyable experience! Gordon, our guide, is knowledgeable about the area and you can see he enjoys what he does. He's charismatic in making you feel comfortable from getting into the kayak, able to paddle the water and getting back to land.
We switched from kayaking to e-bikes last minute. The person that helped us was fantastic. This was our first time on e-bikes and it was great fun!
