This Grand Canyon Pink Jeep tour begins with pickup from a central location in the town of Tusayan, Arizona, then travel to Grand Canyon National Park’s South Rim.
Explore the South Rim, traveling along the Rim Trail, a 13-mile (21-kilometer) road between the South Kaibab Trailhead west to Hermit's Rest. Admire the dramatic rock formations, canyons, and cliffs while learning about the area’s history and geology.
Take pictures at scenic stops like Bright Angel Trail, Yavapai Point, Mather Point and finally, Grandview Point – at an elevation of about 7,400 feet (2,555 meters), it's the highest point of the Grand Canyon’s South Rim.
At the end of the tour, receive a ticket to the National Geographic Visitor Center’s IMAX Theater to watch *Grand Canyon: the Movie*, an entertainment experience unlike any other. Being here, inside the movie, is as good as being there, in the Grand Canyon, with a screen that’s over six stories tall and 12,000 watts of earth-shaking, digital surround sound power. Attend the movie at any time that is convenient, during normal operating hours.

Driver was very informative and talked about his experiences and involved our life’s and experiences. Learned about plants and the trees. Some history of the park. Enjoyed the view of course. Awesome! Did have to wait for awhile to get through the main gates with the other travelers. Guess it was starting the busy season of vacationers.

The guides are full of great information. Pay attention to the history of the Grand Canyon. The pictures that you will take won't come close to what your eyes will take in. I'm at a loss for words in how to describe it!

It was nice to have someone else do the driving and that knows where to go and see some really awesome places!!

This trip was very informative and beautiful. The tour guide gave us information we would not have known doing a self guided tour.
LeeAnne_K, Nov 2025
Our tour guide was William… and what an expert he was!! So much knowledge about the formation of the canyon, the layers of the rocks and all the historical information! He also knew the most perfect picture spots to take us to, along with cute poses for my 11 year old daughter!

Richard was excellent tour guide and excellent overview of park and scenic views.
Time was perfect and office was easy to find.

Frank was a great guide. We learned so much about the canyon, its wildlife and history. Frank kept the tour lively and pleasurable.

This was an informative and enjoyable ride along the south rim of Grand Canyon. Cody was a great guide and answered all of our questions and pointed out many things we haven't seen before.
The Jeep is a nice way to take in all of the sights as we traveled.
Elizabeth_V, May 2025
Our driver was very informative. We stopped at many of the scenic spots. It was nice that neither of us had to drive and could just enjoy the ride. You do have to get in the same line to get into the park so probably a good idea to plan your time accordingly.

This was our first visit to the Grand Canyon and repeat customers with Viator's. Our tour guide was just ok (otherwise I would have given this a five star rating). He emphasized safety first. Made sure that everyone got on / off the pink Jeep safely and no one ever got too close to the edge while viewing the canyon or taking pictures. He mentioned many interesting pieces of information about the canyon, history, the climate / wildlife down in the canyon, the evolution of the canyon and the different layers throughout time. He also repeated himself several times during the tour. Spent a lot of time talking about the Grand Canyon village, the school (K-12), how there were only 12 Senior students, the rules for living and working there, the wildlife in the village and his friend who also lives in the village. The above topics were either not relevant to the Grand Canyon or were repeated throughout the tour. I’ve been on several Viator’s booking in the past (Salzburg, Rome, Florence, etc) and all the guides were very energetic, enthusiastic and engaging. Our guide did not portray any of those characteristics. When some of the guests started talking about the Grand Canyon, as he was speaking, he got a little “snippy” with them. He is very knowledgeable and seems to take a lot of pride in his job, and I sense he has a lot to share but like I said he just kept repeating some of the same topics. Its almost seemed like he ran out of things to say about the Grand Canyon. Our guide did not diminish the wonderful beauty and overall experience of the Grand Canyon. So glad we were able to see it.
I find Viator’s s great service and definitely will use you again.

Toby was our guide and he did a fantastic job giving us history and tidbits about the canyon, the wildlife and the foliage. He also pointed out several points of interest. All in all it was a fantastic and very informative tour.

The Grand Canyon South Rim did not disappoint! Our guide, Toby, was amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly, took lots of photos for us. Pink Jeep Tours was awesome as well. Very organized and professional. They are right inside the Visitors Center. This was a perfect tour for us since we had our dogs with us and didn’t want to be gone too long.
Andrea_S, Apr 2025
It’s a nice tour, our guide Frank was very knowledgeable. It was expensive and didn’t take me anywhere I couldn’t go to myself, and did go myself. I just expected more for the price

It was an awesome experience. Our tour guide, Rich was knowledgeable and fun. He took us to special places and encouraged us to come back and explore.
Dee_F, Mar 2025
Rich was super knowledgeable and very fun. He told us this was his first time seeing the tour. 🤣. You’ll be off the beaten path a bit.
DebbieWebb_w, Oct 2024
Michael was an amazing tour guide for the Grand Canyon. Was quite thorough with the science of how the Canyon was formed. This was the first time my husband had seen the Grand Canyon and mt third time, Michael nailed it all. How far the north Canyon was from where we were and on and on.
Melisa_M, Oct 2024
Everyone at Pink Jeep tour was nice. Hailey was great and very informative. She stopped and some great picture spots.
Caroline_M, Oct 2024
We had Rich as our guide and he was great. Rich knew all the information on the area, the fossils, the flora & fauna. Rich knew where to take us to take the best photos. Our group was only 5 people so it felt more personal which was lovely. The only thing we didn't really agree with is the pricing of the trip which was very expensive for what we actually got. Especially as we discovered we could have driven to all the spots ourselves. I think the pricing needs to be looked at, if you're going to charge that then the trip needs to be longer than 2 hours to go to more places to make it worth it for tourists. Obviously if you're here for a short time and want to explore the grand canyon then people are going to pay for trips, if you could make this more economical for tourists I think this would be appreciated. Rich made this trip, none of my comments are based on anything to do with Rich. Rich really is a credit to your company. He asked and answered any questions and was super friendly.

We loved our Pink Jeep Tour!!! Rich, our tour guide, did a great job with our “adventures “!!! He showed us some special places, and were able to get some great pictures!!!

Great overview of the Grand Canyon. Our guide was very informative!!!
We would highly recommend this to get a start on touring the Canyon.

We did not realize we would be seeing the same things we had already had seen coming into the park tried over and over again to cancel which they refused even our hotel tried to help with cancellation the people at the pink jeep even tried to help get our refund but because of third party Viator would do nothing
We never went on tour.. we want a refund….
David_M, Jul 2024
It was a nice tour but just not worth the amount of money they charge. We did the base line tour which was 2 hours. The tour was all paved roads that we could have driven ourselves for the small $35 Park entrance fee. Really not worth it.
Kathy_M, Jul 2024
Saw large part of south entrance 2 days earlier. Went through east entrance and climbed Watch Tower and walked Mathers Point. When I booked I specifically asked if we could go DOWN into the Canyon and was told YES. Disappointed especially our grandson. Asking for a 50% refund please. Really unfair to charge us full price for what we got. On the bright side, William was an excellent tour guide and great with the kids and his story telling. Made the tour pleasant. Thanks for your time b

our guide, Scott was awesome! He knowledge of the canyon and the history behind it was incredible. Would highly recommend this tour. At first I wanted to drive up myself but had no idea where to go. Pink Jeep is the way to go!
