Beautiful experience from start to finish (including being directed into the parking space in their lot).
Crew showed enthusiasm throughout and were not by the book in terms of time! If we came across something interesting, they stopped to see it (even if it meant that we went over in time a little).
Naturalist who did the announcing was energetic and helped raise our excitement! They definitely seemed knowledgeable.
Spotted a variety of whales (including a shark with a huge dorsal fin).

Great work by the entire team! The boat got out to the waters quickly and we saw Humpback Whales and Dolphins - we even stayed out there for about an hour checking out the sea life.
In addition to the great sea life, the tour guides were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I highly recommend! 10/10
I will add as the only caveat, we went out in late October, so the seas were choppy at times. While I never get seasick, it looked like quite a few people did on the voyage... Just remember before booking if you are prone to it.

We had a wonderful time ! They did a great job finding whales and then getting us over to see them! The only thing we would recommend is more speakers. The Naturalist was very knowledgeable but we couldn’t hear her. Also, maybe a little better communication on the whole process, what was going to be happening throughout the day. We really enjoyed it though and would recommend it to anyone coming to the area. Thank you for a great day.

Everything went smooth, whales were awesome, we saw 3 of them and some dolphins. Captain and Biologist very knowledgeable and made the trip fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend it.

The Naturalist on board was great, as were her 2 interns. We saw 2 whales right by our boat. We stayed near the Humpback whales for over an hour.

We highly recommend this whale watching tour! It was the highlight of our trip! We saw so many humpbacks, and we learned so much about them. The boat ride out was a lot of fun as well. Definetely a 10 out of 10!

It was worth it experience but some privet boat was creating mess over there they shouldn’t be allow during cruise timings because they made whales scared over all it was great experience boat hosts were so good and welcoming

As they mentioned at the beginning, these are wild animals and the tour company cannot predict exactly what you will see or how they will behave. If you come expecting the whales to behave a certain way, you may leave disappointed. That being said, the tour company was awesome! Jessica, the naturalist, was extremely knowledgeable and made the trip interesting. They offer snacks and plenty of time on the water. Our kids did get a little bored on the way back, though. So, maybe having some things to do on the way back for kids would be a good idea. Overall, our family loved it and everyone had such a good time watching the whales and other marine life! Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience we won’t forget! Thanks for the memories!

Great time whale watching with the Cape Ann crew! It took about 90-120 min to find the whales, but when we did we saw 6-7 different whales! We saw two chin breeches, fin slapping and other behaviors. Truly special!

The whale watch was great! Crew was so knowledgeable and freindly. Captain kept us out longer because it took us longer to get out to locate the whales, so happy we got the extra time on the water!

Great trip. Went yesterday and today! Saw Pinball the humpback whale yesterday and Pitcher, Chromosome and Tripod today. It took a little extra time today to find the whales but once the captain did, it was amazing. Tina the scientist on board was extremely knowledgeable and told us some great things about the whales. They need to eat 1,000,000 calories a day! Highly recommended. The gift shop crew were great also. Gave us great recommendations for meals. I tried to upload a short video. Not sure if it worked though.
