When you book a skip the line ticket with viator you are not booking an actual ticket-it is a voucher which you have to go and redeem to get your ticket. We thought we had booked the entry ticket but when we got to the museum we were told that we had to go and find the Viator rep who should be outside in the square-there was no sign of anybody when we looked outside-we were very disappointed. the information from Viator does not make it clear that you are not booking the actual ticket to getting into the museum-I would like a refund!

Wonderful museum. Easy to get tickets. Audio did not work because of WiFi and that we needed to bring our own headphones.

I was so very disappointed that the representative from your company did not scan my ticket properly or he would have seen that I had paid for the audio. When I got inside, I had to pay €5 for the audio. I believe I should be reimbursed for those €5. By the time I knew that he had not given me the audio device he was gone therefore I had to buy one on my own.

Went to the meeting place 5-10 minutes before the tour started and the guy wasn’t there to redeem my voucher. Had to call customer service who connected me with the company and eventually they sent the guy, so we missed 30 minutes of our time. And if I hadn’t called he probably would have never come. Aside from wasting our time in a completely unprofessional manner the tickets were way overpriced, they are just scalping regular tickets for 2-3x the price and you get nothing extra. The “audio tour” was just a QR code to the museum website which had some audio you could play on your phone. There was no line to skip. Just buy the tickets from the official website!

I paid 115 euros for 4 skip the line tickets to visit the Palazzo Vecchio in Firenze. The price written on each ticket was 12.5 euros. More than double, unacceptable. Avoid!

The room of the 500 was absolute great- but to be honest- if you Book with Audio guide than your expectation is that you will receive a Headset therefore and not to install an App via WhatsApp App - this is not the Service i expect when I book

Caveat emptor. Buyer beware. Read the details. We thought we were buying a tour that included access to the clock tower which seemed like a reasonable expectation for the price after paying the same for a tour of the cathedral. However, this was simply paying twice the entry fee for ‘skip the line” access to the building with no access to the clock tower. And there wasn’t even a line to skip. Plus they were setting up the big room for an event so we were blocked from seeing half of it. A big rip off. Our bad for even purchasing these tickets.

The tower has a separate ticket with additional cost.It’s impossible to get the tickets on the same day and the time because it’s always sold out. With this booking you skip the line at the ticket counter as in the high seasons there is too much crowded to get these tickets. We pay an extra amount to reserve them in advance for our clients. The event which took place inside the Plazzo it’s not our fault it’s by the management of the Palazzo Vecchio. They are authorise to limit the access in such cases.But We will definitely approve a partial refund for you as a compensation for this limited access to the museum.Thank you

Product as advertised. Met a friendly employee who spoke English. He checked our reference number then guided us to the entrance. He pointed out the book store and the bathroom, then handed us the tickets. We were free to used the facilities with our ticket, then we had a lovely time with a self-guided tour. Be aware that if you want an audio guide, you should probably book it in advance, there were none available the day of.
