Viator is a scam. I bought a ticket to the Accademia Gallery a month before visiting Italy. When I arrived there was no one with a "white flag" there. I talked with three employees of the museum who looked at my ticket info and said that "We've never seen anything like this". They said my ticket was not valid. I had the same problem with a ticket I bought for the Uffizi and Boboli gardens. Thinking I was being scammed, I downloaded your app and re-booked both tickets for around $100. Do you have a record of me buying duplicate tickets? If so, you owe me money!

After checking, we can confirm that your valid tickets were sent to you by email as a PDF attachment, which must be shown at the entrance for entry. It seems that the voucher was presented instead, but please note that the voucher is not the actual ticket. Bad experience. TOURRR.COM never showed up with my tickets. They never answered messages or calls. We had to queue up to buy new tickets, wasted time and money. The people at Viator were the only ones who answered me, and I'm waiting for my refund. BE CAREFUL.
