Read the description. Thought this was a skip the line!! We waited in the queue with the guide for 30 minutes and only moved 50 metres. It would probably have taken another hour to get to the front door. We gave up as we had another booking to get to. Will have to come back and definitely buy a skip the line ticket.

Useless. Bought tickets for Duomo in Florence. Email said to pick tickets up from an operative outside Lindt shop, nobody there, tickets not valid as downloaded pdf so didn’t get in

According to our operational records, our host was present at the meeting point outside the Lindt Shop during the scheduled check-in time. Unfortunately, you did not show up at the designated meeting point to collect your tickets. As clearly stated in the booking instructions, the PDF voucher is not a valid entry ticket and must be exchanged with our host before entry.

The tower in Pisa is outstanding.
We felt privileged to be able to climb it , so much history around .
Were there for the ringing of the bells and let me tell you , they are loud , but so very coo.
The Dome experience was disappointing as we could not get in , even with tickets , there was a religious celebration that day and the church was closed due the public

Hard to find the location don’t even get a ticket you have to find a representative on the street to give you a voucher and convert into a ticket confusing not a great system

Not worth paying for. You are in the same LONG line as everyone and admission is free to the public. There is no benefit to take this tour

The tour fee is not only for admission, but also for the guided experience. During the visit, the guide provides approximately one hour of detailed information about the church, its art and architecture, and the history of Florence, which many visitors find valuable and enriching.
Regarding the queue, waiting times are typically well managed and generally do not exceed 20 minutes.

Exactly as it says on the tin. Our guide Guolio was engaging, knowledgeable, jolly and considerate to the groups needs. He told us about the history of the outside of the Duomo and once inside the history of the inside.

Honestly - since the entry is free - unless you really want to hear about the historical aspect of this cathedral - skip this tour and it does not get preferred access - so you still stand in line.

DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR YOU DO NOT SKIP THE LINE OR HAVE ANY KIND OF “RESERVED ENTRY”. You will have to wait in line just like everyone else. Except if you do decide to book this tour and pay the $12 you will be the only person who paid money for a free church entry and had to wait in line like all the other people. You do get connected with a tour guide and audio guide, howeverI can’t believe this is even an option. I wish I could give 0 stars. I tried contacting support to get a refund or voucher for future tours and was told it’s not possible. Many other individuals in our group were also under the impression this was a skip the line.

The experience you booked does not include skip-the-line access, as clearly stated in the description and “Know Before You Go” section. Entry to Florence Cathedral is free for all visitors, and security checks are mandatory for everyone, which can require waiting in line.

Julio was a great tour guide and kept us entertained while waiting in line to enter the Duomo. Very glad we did this affordable option, as we would otherwise not have learned all the interesting facts on the exterior of the cathedral. Julio was very knowledgeable and a true history buff, making the wait worthwhile!

Our Guide was very knowledgeable explaining the sacred geometry of the Douma’s interior and exteriors geometric shapes in reference to the religious images - the floor tiles the outside octagons . Very interesting tour - thank you .
