It was a small quick tour could have done alone. The guide Julio was amusing and made the line time go by quicker
This place was a scam, I bought the tickets but some one was supposed to be at a specific place to give me the real tickets the tickets that I had on line, it was not accepted. No o e show up to give me the right ticket, waist of the one. Don’t buy from this site!

However, we would like to clarify that this is not a scam. Our service requires voucher exchange with our host at the clearly indicated meeting point before entry. Our team operates daily and assists many guests with their tickets. We encourage guests to contact us immediately if they have difficulty locating the host so we can assist on the spot.
Julio was fabulous, very witty, full of information which he gave out willingly! Started outside the building and kept us entertained as we moved through the queue and into the Duomo.
Easy to book. Guide was very friendly and knew her subject well. Easy to understand and well worth doing to learn exactly how the construction work was undertaken. Thank you.
Although you can get in free for the small charge in you get a lot of information.

I booked the 9:20 slot for this activity. Nowhere was I told that the tour wouldn't start for nearly 25 mins after that. I was just told to stand and wait. I received no other information. We then had to wait in line. In the description it makes it seem like you actually have a reservation. You don't, you wait for it to open in line with everyone else. The tour guide talked about the outside of the building while we were in line but had his back turned and so many people cut us in line. The tour guide was fine, knowledgeable. Personally, I don't think it was worth the money.

This tour uses the Cathedral’s general entrance queue; the booked time is the meeting time, not a reserved admission time. That distinction should be clear before booking, and any delay should be explained on arrival.

Uncertain at first where to meet. Operator very good and checked us in. The tour guide (Laura) was amazing, so knowledgeable and very helpful. I could have listened to her all afternoon. Would 100% recommend, especially to anyone fascinated with the local history.

Buyer beware: make sure you read what is included. The quick entry means nothing with this tour.
We spent 20 minutes with the group waiting for everyone to get check in and instead of going to a reserved entry line we ended up at the very end of the line.
After 1/2 hr we hadn’t even gotten half way through the line. We ended up leaving the tour because we only had 5 hrs to spend in Florence and want to see other things

Never got to see the inside.

As stated in the activity description, this experience is not a skip-the-line tour. Entry is subject to the Cathedral's mandatory security screening, and during peak periods, especially in the summer, queues can become exceptionally long due to the high number of visitors.
We understand how disappointing this was, especially with limited time in Florence. Your comments are appreciated, and we'll continue working to ensure that expectations regarding waiting times and the nature of the experience are as clear as possible for future guests.
When we arrived at the specified time there was no representative of Viator - we tried to contact them but they did not reply - eventually a lady arrived and took our ticket details. We were told to wait - I was slightly worried as our ticket to enter was 9:20 then at 9:35 the tour guide arrived an the group then went and stood in the already long queue. The guide then told us that it didn't open till 10:15 - so there was no reserved entry you just stood in the queue with everyone else which is not clearly explained in the advertising of the tour.
Our Guide Julio was fun and kept us entertained and was very knowledgeable about the Duomo and local area

Queue was far too long when you’ve reserved a ticket , it wasn’t explained you still needed to queue as others who hadn’t prepaid!

Read the description. Thought this was a skip the line!! We waited in the queue with the guide for 30 minutes and only moved 50 metres. It would probably have taken another hour to get to the front door. We gave up as we had another booking to get to. Will have to come back and definitely buy a skip the line ticket.

Useless. Bought tickets for Duomo in Florence. Email said to pick tickets up from an operative outside Lindt shop, nobody there, tickets not valid as downloaded pdf so didn’t get in

According to our operational records, our host was present at the meeting point outside the Lindt Shop during the scheduled check-in time. Unfortunately, you did not show up at the designated meeting point to collect your tickets. As clearly stated in the booking instructions, the PDF voucher is not a valid entry ticket and must be exchanged with our host before entry.
Great information about the duomo. Our guide was excellent and she gracefully handled a disruptive family who didn’t follow directions or respect the group.
The tower in Pisa is outstanding.
We felt privileged to be able to climb it , so much history around .
Were there for the ringing of the bells and let me tell you , they are loud , but so very coo.
The Dome experience was disappointing as we could not get in , even with tickets , there was a religious celebration that day and the church was closed due the public
We had a very good guide he is so knowledge and easy to understand him. Unfortunately we have to leave to the airport otherwise will definitely continue the journey!
