⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Must-Do Experience in Florence

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. Having timed-entry tickets made the experience so much smoother and saved us from waiting in long lines. The Accademia Gallery was incredible, especially seeing Michelangelo’s David in person. Photos don’t do it justice—the detail and scale are breathtaking. The Uffizi Gallery is equally impressive, with an amazing collection of Renaissance masterpieces. Even if you’re not an art expert, it’s easy to appreciate the beauty, history, and significance of the works on display. The entire process was well organized, and the timed entry allowed us to make the most of our day without feeling rushed. I highly recommend booking these tickets for anyone visiting Florence. It’s an unforgettable experience and well worth it.

The staff was great to accommodate us when we arrived late for our scheduled tour. We had difficulty locating the office as our phones had trouble with service. A small map with your location in the city may have been helpful in us locating your office.

Both museums were excellent, I only wish we paid for the guided small tour for 10 euros more at the Accademia. The ticket situation was a little confusing but we figured it out once we went to the ticket office near the Duomo. It wasn’t clear when we bought the tickets online that the timed entry was first for the Uffizi, and then the timed entry for the Accademia was a few hours after that. Prepare for crazy crowds, and much of Uffizi was under construction as of early June. We were still able to enjoy the incredible art, and of course, the David is spectacular.

Easy access tickets

We utilized this ‘tour’ to gain access to the museums where it was sold out elsewhere. It did afford skip the line access. One thing to note is that you will pick up your tickets to the Uffizi 45 minutes before your start time (this is not mentioned in the pick up instructions which is why people complain about being turned away), once you get the Uffizi tickets you are also issued a voucher for the Accademia to be picked up 5 minutes before a set start time 3 hours later. This gives you 3 hours in the Uffizi which is enough time. Be sure to pick up your Accademia tickets with your whole group for the designated time slot as you are then lead over to the group entry door. If you are even five minutes late for your time slot you miss skip the line and end up in the main queue. Note: this is NOT a tour, simply skip the line access as the name implies. Audio tours are available to rent for the Uffizi.

This is a ripoff they charge you 2.5 times the entry ticket fee and no advantage to skip the line for the. They don’t allow you to choose your time to enter the museums so screwed up our whole schedule that day.

Our tour guide for the Uffuzi Emmanuelle and Rachel for the tour if the David were amazing! So so knowledgeable! We really enjoyed this experience and learned so much about the art history of both the David and uffuzi. This is a tour you don't want to miss.

We were not happy with purchasing tickets for 10:00 and the tour operator made it much later and out of way for older people. Next time will buy from museum and there was no skipping a line.

We chose the skip-the-line ticket option to beat the crowds which we did BUT the redemption point was not close to the museum at all which caused us time and effort before we arrived to the museum. We had to do this AGAIN for the second museum. My intention was that this one skip-the-line ticket was good for both museums but that was not the case. BTW, once inside the museums, we were fine guiding ourselves.

There is no reason why the supplier company location, which opened at 9am, insisted I keep waiting until 10am before I could get my entry tickets. And there was no attempt made to ask me what sequence I wanted to do the 2 museums in, and what entry time I wanted — I had to be very assertive to get these the way I wanted (partially). And it’s ridiculous that the only way to get into these museums is via these agent intermediaries who are essentially scalping them after grabbing all of them from the official museum sales sights, what a racket! Overall, Viator does a poor job of controlling this offering. I had a much better customer experience with townsofitaly.com a few days later, recommend them instead!

Don’t really need a guide. You can fo this on your own. Worth climbing the bell tower. Hard climb 336 steps but amazing views.

The Uffizi museum was confusing, had poor signage, few bathrooms and was not enjoyable. The office to get the tickets was too far from the museums to go twice. It was a lot of walking back and forth to get our tickets

We showed up ten minutes before 10am when we were supposed to have tickets to both the academia and the uffizi. We were told we could not get the tickets to the academia until 10:45 and we had to come back at 2:45 for the tickets to the uffizi. We had other things planned for the afternoon we then had to change. This was not what it said in the booking we made and we are very unhappy with having to pay so much money for this and then spend the entire day visiting your office not once but twice and splitting ip the museums. This is not what we feel we purchased and I would have rather just bought tickets through a different site. I’m very unhappy with the service and the experience. What was supposed to take a morning and save us time by skipping the lines ended up taking a whole day.

Academia and Uffizi were both amazing, but the ticket redemption process was not. Started late, not enough time for Uffizi, tickets were not near Uffizi, so had to walk a long way to get there. Still had to wait in line.

Great way to get all the skip-the-line tix to the sites we wanted to see. We added the tour component so that we would have help really understanding the the big concepts of what happened there and what things meant. Maria Cristiana was fantastic!!! She gave two parts of the tour herself. Over the top, exceeded expectations!

Experience was totally not what we expected

We were not able to skip the line. I thought we would be in a small group in which a guide would accompany us through the museum. The price we paid when we could not skip the line at the Uffizi was exorbitant
