Very little history, more like a nice cruise around Dallas, The bikes were in good condition which provided ease of use.

I’m disappointed we were not able to go on our e-bike tour. On the website, there were tricycles available and I requested them. Due to the members of our group, the tricycles were necessary. After no responses from several requests, we assumed the company received the message. They apparently did not and when we showed up, they informed us they did not have the tricycles from the pictures and haven’t for over a year. The tricycles should not be shown on the website if they are not an option. In-wheels did apologize and helped cancel/refund our ride but again, we were disappointed with the outcome of our evening.

Great way to spend a couple hours in Dallas and see some highlights of the area. It was super fun and easy, we did the e-bikes, not the scooters. Our guide was Cody and he was FUN and informative. Highly recommend!

The guide Elijah was fantastic. He was so nice and always checking in to see if we were doing ok. He took our pictures and gave us recommendations. He thanked us for choosing his company and even asked us if we had any music requests. It was pure joy. He was accompanied by Dallas who was also very nice.

Upbeat, accommodating, helpful and friendly staff. I messaged staff for directions as we were a bit turned around. My husband and I received a call within minutes to provide directions. It was cold and windy for our ride but they were prepared with snuggies and gloves for all riders. Our guide (Mike) is a gem and was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He was ready to capture pictures for any who wanted which was cool. Mike also had the boombox going with jams for the ride with jokes to add. My husband and I throughly enjoyed ourselves.

This was a super fun experience. It was first time riding an E-bike & it wasn't difficult to do. Learned about Dallas's history & enjoyed stopping by & eating at the farmers market. Will recommend this. Michael was the coolest!

Bike and route were ok just though entire experience could be more engaging by having more stops and information about the city did not feel like learnt much about Dallas or its history on this tour.

Cody was a great guide, very friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable and informative. He was also very flexible and tried to make sure that we saw all the sights we wanted to see. I felt very safe and secure in a busy city thanks to Cody’s clear guidance. Highly recommend this tour - it was hugely enjoyable.

Unfortunately, it got rained out. Can't ride in the Thunderstorms because you might get hit by lightning and become a crispy critter. Maybe next time.

What a great pair of guys taking us all around the city. Bikes were like brand new. Excellent directions for first timers as well. I look forward to more e biking in another city somewhere. Very fun time with my daughter.

This was a great way to see downtown Dallas. We really enjoyed it! The tour guides were great. The bikes were brand new and so smooth (and I wouldn’t even call them bikes except that they did have peddles, they were more like scooters because we hardly peddled at all. The battery power did all the work!)

This was absolutely my favorite of any tour i have ever been on. Our Guide was so awesome, he was so helpful, informative and full of life. I loved his energy and desire to do a great job like he did. The guide at the back of the tour was also outstanding!!

I would have rated it “good”, rather than average, but that wasn’t an option. Perfect weather for a ride on a Sunday with little traffic. . Never having been on an e-bike, appreciated instruction and guidance along the way, as well as the end of the group back-up person. It was a fun way to go thru old downtown Dallas. As far as an actual tour, just a few stops, 2 being murals. Would have been better if instead of blaring music from a a phone (which admittedly did raise the energy level of the group), the leader had a mic and system to comment upon what we were seeing through our ride. If you are already an e-bike rider, would go with the self-guided tour, as we saw one person do at the end of our tour.

I highly recommend for everyone to try this experience! When I entered the place everybody was so friendly, they were very helpful and kind! I really feel so sorry but I don't remember the name of the guy that was my tour guide. The bike tour was really so unique and amazing! The guy was really kind, happy and he made me see and love the city.. I really didn't want the bike tour to end!!! Thank you for all!!!

The tour is more a bike tour than an art district explanation. However you will get a good vibe of the city, the guides had music on it and overall a good experience with a group. Also able to answer most of the questions, but there a lack of knowledge about details.
I would have like a stop at the art museum and the art university since there was arts available outside. Also would had been so nice to have explanation regarding some of the street arts in deep Ellum.
I would suggest to update description for a deep vibe of Dallas city.
