I did Southfork/Dallas highlights tour on November 19 with Dan. He did such a great job. He got out of van at every stop along the way and took photos of us for us. He walked around at Southfork looking for where to get tickets and check in. Due to construction, it was a confusing process but he stuck with you until he found the location. His efforts were amazing. During the Dallas highlights part of the tour, he asked where each of us was staying and drove by those hotels to tell us the history. My hotel has a haunted history which he shared. It was very interesting. I feel like he went above and beyond to give us the best experience of each tour. I also did JFK tour with Dan. Again, he got out of van to take photos for us and explained so much it was an amazing tour. We went to all locations involved including Oswald Rooming House, JD Tippit shooting location, Oswald's Apartment and of course, Dealey Plaza and 6th floor museum.

Trip up to Southfork which was ok if your a Dallas fan and some basic city information from our driver. The trip was shorter than advertised and the city tour seemed non existent I expected a bit more.

Orlando was quite knowledgeable about Dallas, the show and the city. He shared a lot of fun facts about Dallas and other soap operas of the 80s and 90s. The tour of South Fork itself was iconic.

Our guide was very knowledgeable however we didn’t really see a whole lot. It was mostly listening rather than doing. Also, the guide’s driving was very scary. He was speeding, switching lanes quickly without much caution, he almost hit several cars because he was going too fast. In addition, he illegally drove in between barriers on the highway to get to a different lane because he was too impatient about the traffic. I have never been so fearful of the driving on a tour before.

A really enjoyable trip (although very rushed at Southfork). Our driver Orlando was superb and can’t be faulted. He had a fantastic knowledge of Dallas having grown up there and his energy and passion really came across. The JFK aspect was interesting including driving the motorcade route JFK took. Orlando played music and audio clips related to the TV series Dallas and that really built the hype of driving out to the ranch. On arrival we were given time to take photos of the ranch from a distance and Orlando helped take photos for us folk travelling alone. Going to Southfork was really great, but feeling rushed wasn’t. We had an initial 20 mins or so to browse the gift show, and then onto the guided tour of the house. Constructive feedback being that the tour time just wasn’t long enough. We literally had like 1:30hr from drop off; and given the tour guide at Southfork was so SLOW and animated, it felt it took double the time. From finishing the guided tour we had 15 mins to make it back to the bus. I bridled managed to see Jock Ewings famous Lincoln continental, but as for strolling the other out houses or soaking up the site, it just wasn’t possible. Not Orlando’s fault but that bit felt unfair. However being balanced it was good value for money and saved me having to drive out there myself. But if you are going - top tip is a let the house guide know you don’t have much time as did we, when we became trapped in the lobby of the house towards the end of the tour while the irritating host unnecessarily fussed some random toddler. I would have also wanted more time to explore this museum but again this wasn’t possible. The Southfork team also didn’t make it clear when you could go into the museum ahead of the house tour. Again not Orlando’s fault, but it sours reflect on the experience… but overall still very good and would still recommend..

My most memorable thing from our tour was the fact that Preston was very knowledgeable about everything on our tour. He was kind and the group that went with me was extremely pleased with him as our tour guide. I will request him in the future!

Dallas tour was very good. William was very entertaining and knowledgeable about Dallas.
Southfork tour cancelled with little notice. Very very disappointed with that. No alternative offered

Orlando did a great job with details about the show Dallas on the way to Southfork.
Johnny led the afternoon part of the tour through Dallas and was fantastic. He answered all of our questions and gave insider tips on places to go in the city. I loved hearing his take on the JFK assassination. He was incredibly charming, friendly, and funny. I would definitely go on a tour with Johnny again!
The confirmation could have been better with letting us know that this was actually 2 tours with a break in the middle and potentially a different guide for the second half. But all in all I had a great time.
